Management of the controllers through the Operations Center. This option is a magnificent way to scale up or down the CI infrastructure needed in a company. Even if OpenSource Jenkins is an excellent solution, I think the Operations Center and Cloudbees proprietary plugins bring the biggest value to Cloudbees CI. Unsupported plugins can be too easily installed by controller admins (not system admins). These plugins can cause issues all over the platform.

Also, some improvements can be made in differentiating Controller admins from Operations Center admins, as, sometimes, the customers (controller admins) try to modify their controller's specifications, possibly causing infrastructure issues, like worker node overload.
