"CloudBees: Powering Enterprise DevOps with Seamless CI/CD Integration"
What do you like best about CloudBees?

CloudBees elevates Jenkins to an enterprise level, offering a robust CI/CD platform that streamlines software development processes. Its cloud-native approach ensures flexibility across environments, while advanced security features like RBAC and secrets management maintain high standards of data protection. Ideal for businesses seeking to enhance efficiency and scalability in their development workflows, CloudBees combines ease of use with comprehensive support, making it a top choice for organizations driving towards a DevOps culture. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about CloudBees?

While CloudBees packs a punch with its advanced CI/CD features, it's not all sunshine. For starters, if you're new to this or your team hasn't dabbled much in Jenkins, getting your head around CloudBees can feel like climbing Everest without a map. Then there's the price tag—great for big companies, but smaller outfits might do a double-take at the cost. Setting it up? Brace yourself for some serious configuration gymnastics that can eat up your time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Take a good product and make it better"
What do you like best about CloudBees?

Management of the controllers through the Operations Center. This option is a magnificent way to scale up or down the CI infrastructure needed in a company. Even if OpenSource Jenkins is an excellent solution, I think the Operations Center and Cloudbees proprietary plugins bring the biggest value to Cloudbees CI. Furthermore, the new HA/HS features enable seamless upgrades and 100% uptime. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about CloudBees?

Unsupported plugins can be too easily installed by controller admins (not system admins). These plugins can cause issues all over the platform.

Also, some improvements can be made in differentiating Controller admins from Operations Center admins, as, sometimes, the customers (controller admins) try to modify their controller's specifications, possibly causing infrastructure issues, like worker node overload. "The DevOps tools, the managed Services for CD and software development is unmatched."
What do you like best about CloudBees?

When I talk about the CloudBees, I got few points that can do the justices

The scalable CI/CD is one of the best feature and ease of use, the learning curve is one of the best. While talking about managed services like Jenkins its very good.

The community support is also good.

Features includes scalable CI/CD, managed Jenkins, security and compliances, community support, analytics and reporting. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about CloudBees?

While there are not as such deslikes but the two things I'm most concern about is Cost and Customization, while cost can be the concern for many companies and customization limitations may bother developers.

apart from these I dont think it has any problem, but both can be eliminated by proper training and with right planning. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
