The plus point of using cloudbees jenkins over OSS version is that we get regular security and feature updates that are quite elaborate and help us make informed decisions. The timely customer support from the Cloudbees AM team is really one of the key strongpoints for having this paternship since years with our org. The recently announced HA feature was cherry on the cake, and made us really exicted of having the Jenkins instances easily rotated for maintenance. Implementing any new feature from Cloudbees is very easy for us as we see extensive documentation available which makes us independent enough to explore the product. Cloudbees can improve their CD i.e. continous delivery/deployment coverage within their product so that deploying on Cloud native platforms like kubernetes can be extended as well.
