**What do you like best about CloudAccess.net?**

The best part of CloudAccess is that it puts everything in one place. I can manage hosting, database, security, and, if applicable to the hosting solution I'm using, updates, all from their single web-based UI. For the price, you get decent website speed, an improvement over some competitors I've used.

**What do you dislike about CloudAccess.net?**

Two things I dislike are that they are rather controlling of your server access. You aren't technically on a VPS (virtual private server) so you don't have direct access to things like cPanel or anything. You can make some changes to some things, like PHP version for example, but you don't have full-blown cPanel. The other thing I dislike is that because of the lack of cPanel access, they charge you for services that an introductory level sys admin or web developer consider a breeze, like installing an SSL cert.

**Recommendations to others considering CloudAccess.net:**

They've been upping their support game and occasionally someone reaches out to me and wants to talk about pain points, ways they could assist me specifically, etc. It's actually been a breath of fresh air.

**What problems is CloudAccess.net solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use CloudAccess to host a few different websites for clients that I act as a third-party web developer and webmaster for.
