I like that the cloud tools allows for you to pick up where you left off on different devices but save separate things to the actual computer.
I do not like that if the internet is not available I cannot work at all.
Make sure and let employees know that the google log in will be separate from their computer log in on different devices that are not company issued and will need 2 step verification plus admin permission.
I have to be able to work remotely effortlessly. I have realized that the cloud back up is essential for working from different locations and computers.
