Security management is tricky; need to get settings and access just right.

**What do you like best about Cloud Servers?**

I really like the ability to quickly and efficiently upload documents and files. Retrieving files is a breeze as well.

**What do you dislike about Cloud Servers?**

I think the interface could be brought up to date, given it is pretty straight forward, but a little something as far as design and layout would be nice.

**Recommendations to others considering Cloud Servers:**

Easy to use interface and accessible from a number of devices. 

**What problems is Cloud Servers solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I currently work with a company that is quickly acquiring other smaller companies. Cloud Servers makes it easy to share and bring everyone together on the same page.

**What do you like best about Cloud Servers?**

The Rackspace Cloud Server service is reliable and its uptime is excellent.  Easily managed and a modern UI dashboard to manage all needs.  Support is readily available and quick in response.

**What do you dislike about Cloud Servers?**

More expensive than some of the lesser popular services, but is worth the price if you need to have a lot of flexibility.

**What problems is Cloud Servers solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Flexible and reliable cloud server platform and UI that allows administrators, developers, and technicians to achieve successful individual results.
