CR helped us handle Omnichannel customer servicing, Call Centre Management. They not only met our expectations but exceeded them with their work.

**What do you like best about CloudRoute?**

Their team and their dedication is top-notch. the entire team is extremely dedicated to deliver the best solutions for us. they are knowledgeable, experienced and responsive.

**What do you dislike about CloudRoute?**

As far as I'm concerned, we didn't see any downside.

**What problems is CloudRoute solving and how is that benefiting you?**

CR has helped us Manage cases originating from multiple channels like social media, call centers, business portals, etc.
