Cloud PDF by MyCloudSuites is a free PDF editor for Windows, macOS and the browser (Chrome or Edge). Edit the text and images already in a PDF, fill and sign forms with typed, drawn or certificate-based digital signatures (PAdES, with timestamps and long-term validation), comment and review, organize, split and combine pages, redact sensitive content for good, make scans searchable with OCR, compare two versions, build fillable forms, and protect files with AES-256 passwords. It exports to Word, Excel, PowerPoint and images, and includes Cloud Docs, a Word-compatible document editor. Files are opened and saved on your own computer and are never uploaded to MyCloudSuites. There is no paid tier.
