    What do you like best?

    I like the UI and how easy it is to set up and train personnel. Everything is on one dashboard and the technology is fast and user friendly Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

    What do you dislike?

    More in depth reporting or custom reporting features. I would like to also export to a BI tool to create my own reports. ROI is good Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

    What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

    Ability to dial multiple numbers and instantly connect with a live person. I also really like the API for SMS and RVM. Great platform and service is world class. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
