It can feel less intuitive than some standalone project management tools, especially if you're a new user or new to Salesforce. Outside of existing Salesforce KBAs there isn't a lot of hands-on or easily accessible support. Cloud Coach integrates well in Salesforce but doesn't integrate with all of the project management tools that we used.
