The only downside I can see are video uploads, although I don't think this is CC's fault. All social media platform's have different sizing for video uploads. Wow... Just wow! I have used Hootsuite, Loomly, Agorapulse, Buffer, Sprout Social & Crowdfire. This is by far the best social media platform (especially for agencies) that exists. They don't rape you on pricing, and the software outperforms all the other ten fold! Highly recommend to anyone looking for a social media management software. The pricing, it's very fair & straightforward. Perfect for smaller agencies starting out. I would recommend this software to anyone looking to breeak into social media managemnet. Dont' like the way it manages the messages, needs a bulk delete or "done" feature. One page i manage can get about 1000 comments/messages over a weekend so to click the checkmark on each one to mark as done is a little tedious. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
