It can be a bit tricky to connect accounts, but I believe that is an API restriction from the actual social media websites, not something on CloudCampaigns end, though their support team has been extremely helpful and always gets back to me quickly Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Cloud Campaign has been handy for my team and I to use when managing a variety of social accounts for all of our clients and for us at Peppershock Media too! We use it for our own social media management as well as our clients and it works great, minus the fact that we have to re-sync the accounts causing posts to fail but I think that’s a common thing with all the providers we have used due to the social media platforms changing their tokens. At least it sends you a notice when a posts fails to post so it can be corrected and re-posted and not just get forgotten and not posted. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Seems like posts fail with error messages often & needs reset or re-sync'd often. When I review/approve from my mobile device it posts my comments as "Anonymous." THE SUPPORT is excellent. Love the live support the employees all are knowledgeable and don't waste your time reviewing things you already know. You also get an amazing amount of features in terms of analytics/reporting/social listening. White-labeling is AWESOME and my clients love how easy it is to approve or leave comments on posts.
