**What do you like best about Cloud Campaign?**

I can schedule a month's worth of posts for 5 different properties in under 4 hours. I also love the Google Drive integration and how it automatically pulls new images into the software from the drive, as I add them. This allows me to go to our properties and take new photos and upload them immediately to my drive and seamlessly sync to the software.

**What do you dislike about Cloud Campaign?**

The AI images are too generic for the industry I work in, but that wouldn't apply to everyone.

**What problems is Cloud Campaign solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Time is money, and I'm only spending 4 hours a month scheduling posts.

**What do you like best about Cloud Campaign?**

What I love most about Cloud Campaign is that it’s powered by real people who genuinely care about helping their clients succeed. Their team is responsive, knowledgeable, and feels like an extension of our own marketing department.

The platform itself is intuitive and makes managing social media for multiple clients a breeze. The client approval process is one of my favorite features — it’s seamless, straightforward, and saves us so much time compared to other tools. Our clients love how easy it is to review and approve content without any back-and-forth confusion.

Cloud Campaign has become an essential part of our workflow, and I can’t imagine running our social media operations without it.

**What do you dislike about Cloud Campaign?**

If I had to choose something, it would be that new features can take a little while to roll out, and there are still a few tools I wish the platform had built in. That said, I really appreciate that the Cloud Campaign team listens to feedback and takes client requests seriously. They’re constantly improving the platform and keeping us updated along the way, which makes it easy to stay patient because you can tell they genuinely care about getting it right.

Cloud Campaign helps us manage multiple client accounts efficiently and keep all of our content organized in one place. It’s solved the challenge of streamlining client communication and approvals, which used to take so much time. Now, clients can easily review and approve posts, saving us hours each week.

It also makes scheduling, reporting, and content planning simple and consistent across all our clients, so we can focus more on creativity and strategy instead of admin work. Overall, it’s made our agency more productive, more collaborative, and better organized.

I really appreciate the approval and comment process that I can share with my clients. It’s straightforward to send, and it’s user-friendly for both me and my clients. It has cut down on the review time immensely!

I have no complaints for Cloud Campaign. For me and my team it meets all our needs and the cost is great.

The main problem they have solved is the review process for our clients.  We work on social media calendars a month in advance and send to our clients.  I love the way we can put together one interactive link to send to our clients and it has all their post for the upcoming month on one page.  They are able to make comments on each post and approve the post.  This has cut back on back and forth emails and confusion.

The support and communication from our CloudCampaign account team have been outstanding. Their guidance helps us serve our own clients more effectively, and our digital marketing manager leans on them often for advice. They always come through with clear, practical recommendations that make a real difference in our workflow.

We’ve occasionally run into hiccups with reporting integrations, especially when it comes to TikTok. There can also be slight mismatches between the numbers in CloudCampaign reports and what we see directly in platforms like Meta.

CloudCampaign has completely transformed how we handle client social media approvals. Operationally, it’s night and day compared to when we were relying on spreadsheets. It’s very user-friendly, so onboarding new teammates is a breeze, and the workflow/approval process keeps everything streamlined. The analytics and link tracking provide quick, actionable insights, and their support team is excellent—always quick to respond with real solutions. Cloud Campaign has been an absolute game-changer for our marketing workflow. As someone who recently stepped into managing the marketing side of the business, I can’t say enough about how seamlessly this platform simplifies social media management. The ability to schedule posts across multiple platforms with a single click has saved me countless hours and made “set it and forget it” a reality.

The user interface is clean, intuitive, and incredibly user-friendly, even for someone new to managing multi-channel campaigns. I’m especially impressed with the approval tool, which makes collaboration effortless and keeps everything moving efficiently without endless back-and-forths.

If I had one wish, it would be for a stronger mobile experience or dedicated mobile app. While the desktop version is outstanding, having the flexibility to make tweaks or check in on the go would make it truly perfect.

**What do you like best about Cloud Campaign?**

We implemented Cloud Campaign to better oversee the social media accounts for the 30 properties we manage. In the past, some content being posted didn’t meet our standards. With Cloud Campaign, we can now review and approve posts before they go live, while also providing direct feedback to ensure consistent, high-quality content across all accounts. The approval process is easy and the platform itself is very user friendly offering many great tools. Customer support has been great and very responsive with any issues we have run into.

**What do you dislike about Cloud Campaign?**

Currently there is an issue with resizing images after users have submitted for approval. I believe this issue is currently being worked on by their tech team but this is an inconvenience as images have to be uploaded and resized immediately as it can't be done after the fact.

**What do you like best about Cloud Campaign?**

The best thing about Cloud Campaign is how it has streamlined and simplified our workflows. We are able to manage organic social content across multiple social channels for a location all in one place. We have also been able to scale our program, going from about 150 participants to close to 200 without additional resources. The CC team was tremendous during implementation and assisted with migrating our existing channels over and training the team to feel comfortable in the tool. When we started to integrate the tool into our proprietary software, they brought in their CEO and Software Engineers to walk us through the process and get up and running. We were able to be fully implemented and live in about a month's time.

**What do you dislike about Cloud Campaign?**

I wouldn't even say it's a dislike, but I would love to be able to do promoted posts or even Google LSAs through the platform so that it truly is a one stop tool for our team.

It's allowing us to manage an extensive number of social channels all in one place. The AI features help us to generate content with ease and customize to each local participant in less time than we previously were.

We’ve been really happy with the updates Cloud Campaign keeps rolling out and their great customer service. The bulk approval link feature has been a game changer for us—makes it super easy to send links to clients and has saved our team a ton of time.

It’s not slowing us down but we’d love to see Social Listening expanded to other platforms.

Cloud Campaign helps to post across multiple channels at once. It has helped our social media agency tremulously and also helps our client journey with a simple link for them to approve their content.

I wish you could log into accounts directly from Cloud Campaign. Like instagram for example has to go through Meta.

The best part about Cloud Campaign is how it simplifies managing multiple client accounts with separate workspaces, content libraries, and approval workflows — all in one place. It’s built with agencies in mind, which makes scaling content and collaboration much smoother

I like that we have quarterly meetings with someone from CC and we receive updates on things they are trying to bring into CC like collab posts. It's really to use and our clients love using it too.

The only downside is when they are doing changes/updates to CC we sometimes have glitches. I wish we would receive updates when this does happen.

Instagram is constantly changing but CC is too to keep up. They now do IG collabs, plan to incorporate threads, etc

I love that it is integrated into all the major platforms.  Their AI built in assistant helps format for individual platform. So easy to keep track of your campaigns and to be able to reuse material. From a manager perspective, easy to see what is happening on your social media platforms. Especially since we have to promote dozens of shows each season.  It is very easy for the team to implement our overall strategy and see how effective the plan was.  We use it daily to manage our social media.

None.  If anything, the continual need to resign in to each platform.

I like how much time it saves us on posting, and platform specific features that allow us to cater to each target demographic per social platform. It's easy to use and even easier to implement. It took us 30 minutes to get signed into our accounts and get to posting. We use this for all our social media management, and it has been a great integration to our team.

After months of use, I haven't noticed any downsides yet.

**What do you like best about Cloud Campaign?**

Cloud Campaign is incredibly intuitive, I've never had any issues with finding what I'm trying to do in the UI. The ability to schedule posts far in advance, adjust existing posts, add watermarks, reschedule posts for another day/time, or anything else in regards to consistency in posting has been so simple to learn. I am not a Marketing Manager, but this system has allowed me to be successful nonetheless. I use this every day!

**What do you dislike about Cloud Campaign?**

When creating a post as a "stock" post, if you aren't careful, when editing scheduled posts it will also edit the other scheduled posts that have the same stock post. Be aware of the changes you're making!

**What problems is Cloud Campaign solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Consistency in posting, not having to constantly edit photos to add company logos, analytics on performance, analytics on reach and impressions, incredibly simple to use, allows for multiple people to schedule their own posts, and content creation is a breeze.

I love the simplicity of posting. I run an agency and always had a challenge posting for my clients or guiding them to create content calendars. I dont' do this as a service for them but I wanted them to have a simple platform so that they could post their content to multiple channels all at once.

**What do you dislike about Cloud Campaign?**

Had some issues for a while with content not posting, or platforms needing to be reconnected but support was very helpful in the process and usually hashed it out. I wish there were a way to simply click a button and reschedule a failed post but every platform has it's downsides.

Nothing comes to mind. Possibly that you need to reconnect your social media account every so often - but I believe that is more a function of the social media platforms, not Cloud Campaign.

I have tried many scheduling platforms, but Cloud Campaign is the one I will stay with. It is so easy to use, and I love that it offers first commenting (extremely important to me). Once I set up my content library I was able to schedule a whole quarter worth of content. As a small non-profit with not much staff, Cloud Campaign has proven invaluable to me!

Cloud campaign has some really great tools, similar to all the other schedulling platforms (being a girl who used to use Hootsuite and Sprout Social, it means alot). Cloud campaign is probably better though because the customer service team and account manangers are on it when you need support on a rare occasion. Also, the schedulling tool helps you see grid previews, you can alter your captions for each platform, and you can schedule for way more than just the big 3. I could go on but you get the gist.

**What do you dislike about Cloud Campaign?**

The only downside to cloud campaign I've seen is that you can't change the type of content for each platform - so if you're schedulling posting a video it will post to all of them, whereas when I used hootsuite I could change it to a carousel for other platforms in a cross channel schedule.

Cloud campaign allows me to effectively flick between clients when schedulling content and checking metrics so I don't have to keep logging out and back in. When you work agency side this is a lifesaver.

Most helpful part of cloud campaign is the layout I think it's easy to navigate and the fact that you can create multiple posts for the same piece of content and you can go directly into Canva and create is also super helpful.

I'm still doing some posting from the phone to push out the content more but cloud campaign is great to keep a lot of content up and in front of people so the Instagram and Facebook accounts are fresh. I think that's the only thing I would change.

There are a lot of platforms out there that say they are the best but there is truly NOTHING out there like Cloud Campaign. Whether for your own brands or as an agency that manages social media for others, this is THE tool for you! 

It's driven by a dynamic content library that's easily segmented with tags. Now instead of worrying which piece of content you are going to post where - you can created automated dynamic schedules that will pull from your content buckets. 

It gets smarter with the more data you give it and will automatically pick your best performers!

It's so good, I had to actually think of something I'd change. The only thing I can think of is it'd be nice if we had control of the reports and modules to build custom dynamic reports like you can with Agency Analytics. However, the out of the box reports are still intuitive and easy to read, make decisions, and optimize.

**What problems is Cloud Campaign solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The biggest problem it solves is time saving. We no longer have to log into all the individual platforms to schedule posts, manage comments, respond to messages, or get reports. It brings everything into one dashboard. Gone are the days of manually sending clients content for review or reports on how well the campaigns are performing. It's all right at our fingertips and setup for scale.

Hey everyone, just wanted to give a big shoutout to Cloud Campaign. I'm really loving how it's made scheduling a breeze. Setting up my content calendar is super easy, and I can fill up my content queues in no time. The best part? No more last-minute scrambles to create posts. I can get all my content ready weeks ahead when I'm feeling most inspired. Plus, it's great for keeping my posts organized by themes. And you've got to check out their AI for captions – it's a game changer! Seriously, it's made my social media life so much easier.

I also am very impressed with how easy and quickly I can get help from Cloud Campaign when I get stuck not knowing how to do something.  They are really customer focused.  I was with another large competitor previously that wasn't as helpful.  I'm so glad that I switched.  The monthly price is much better too!

**What do you dislike about Cloud Campaign?**

I need to first say that I really enjoy cloud campaign.  If I were to recommend improving an area it would be the Insights Tab.  The information is not displayed in a way that makes sense to me.  It's confusing and dosen't graphically display the data in a way that my mind can utilize it easily.  I don't use it much because it doesn't work ofr me.  I would love to have that improved.

Making and scheduling content used to be very time consuming and difficult.  Cloud Campagin helps me quickly define custom posting schedules.  It makes queues of content for me that are utilized via the schdules.  Now I can focus on creating good content rather than being overwhelmed with the process.  They also solved the problem of content creation.  I love the caption AI integration, image creation linkages with platforms like Canva.  Super cool.

I love the fact that it's very compatible with almost all of the social media sites I've known. It makes scheduling very convenient and the UI is very user-friendly. I also like the fact that informs the user of any running issues and making it specific to the user.

I also consider their customer service top-tier. They are responsive to our inquiries and would even set up meetings so we can better understand their app.

I guess what I dislike is the fact that it automatically logs out our account upon closing Cloud. I'm hoping that they'll add a "Remember Me" feature to avoid this issue as this would save us time to use their services.

We had an issue with our previous scheduler before that it was so hassle to schedule each posts to the corresponding socials. With Cloud, you don't have to manually schedule each post one-by-one since all socials are available for our selection in just one button. They are even updated with the new social websites where we can potentially promote our posts like Threads.

Cloud campaign's social media reporting and analytics are the best I've seen in a social media platform and I'm in the digital markrting space. CC's platform training + support are also top notch!

**What do you dislike about Cloud Campaign?**

The only downside I can see are video uploads, although I don't think this is CC's fault. All social media platform's have different sizing for video uploads. This is something my client's wish could be improved somehow because they get a video posting errors.

CC allows me and my team to stay organized in managing our clients' social media accounts, easily give clients' access, share the content library, and provide growth reporting.
