Very detailed content, effective teaching methodology. I have done AWS related content and it is very helpful. I liked the lab sessions and assessment modules as well. I did subscribe for an annual plan by mistake but when I reached out to Cloud academy support team for help, they immediately took action, converted my plan to monthly subscription as per my request and refunded my amount immediately. In few scenarios, lab tests did not get complete and there was no specific information to know the root cause. For example I did went through the AI-100 course and tried to complete the practical challenge multiple times. I followed all the required steps in correct order still there is an issue. The prac exams did not have online help. I think that these are really good but I had to redo one a couple of times which is fine but a little frustrating. If you missed what the person said and it was relevant, you may fail that question when you are doing the quiz.

You are doing AWS Cloud Practitioner Learning path, the instructor quoted that AWS Lambda is part of AWS Serverless services. If you missed that little part about serverless but you were watching the video and it was not part of the video, those people who are more visual may miss that and not retain the characteristic. This is an added advantage. The video instructors have a swift way of passing the required knowledge to the listeners.

The Exams are good and well timed, which has made it more interesting. I usually take my time to come back for the exams after completing each course. usually to be more refreshed and prepared.

Mobile unresponsiveness, not been able to watch the videos and write exams. The last time i used the mobile app (android), i did not enjoy the video view. Cloud Academy is an Operating System for Technology Skills and comes with the perfect mix of technology and content slightly they need to improve us to train in Hybrid operations.

I'm using Cloud Academy as my personal training platform, and I keep looking for something to improve, however, I do see something to suggest.Sometimes things are not so easy to find. The search function could be better. It seems like this should be easier/faster but it wasn't bad really.

Dislike is - It's a bit pricey when compared to other competitors.

* I didn't like User Interface, it should be more eye catching to be easy access.

Cloud Academy has the best tutors who are highly qualified and well experienced like Thomas Mitchell, Guy Hummel etc. The way they teach is so clear and easily understandable. They make concepts easy to grasp. Their labs are very helpful and good. I have taken their Azure courses and cleared AZ-103, AZ-500, AZ-301. Their presenting is very crisp with unique slides and icons. I have never seen such creativity in A Cloud Guru or Linux Academy or udemy. I actually found eveything very useful, from the most technical tips to the concrete examples brought in to clarify the usefullness and the benefits of the cloud. Perhaps, working in the Italian scenario and in particular with PA clients, it was often difficult to apply some concepts to this specific subject matter. For this reason, I would make sure to address better some issues related to the country in question by providing some specific material. One way to do so may be providing concrete cases occurred in similar industries in the same country.
