Closingly is an AI-powered sales workspace for freelancers and small agencies that brings discovery calls, proposals, follow-ups, and deal tracking into one place. It helps service businesses turn client conversations into clear next steps and keep opportunities moving toward a signed deal. Managing sales alongside client work takes time. Important details get buried in meeting notes, proposals take hours to prepare, and follow-ups are easy to forget when delivery work gets busy. Closingly helps reduce that manual work by carrying the context from your sales conversations into the actions that follow. Closingly captures what happened during discovery and sales calls and uses that context to help generate client proposals. This gives you a starting point based on the actual conversation, helping you spend less time reconstructing notes and more time refining an offer that addresses the client’s needs. Once a proposal is sent, you can see when the client views it and keep track of the opportunity. Closingly helps identify deals that need your attention and suggests follow-ups based on what has happened with each client. You get a clearer view of where to focus your effort and how to continue the conversation. The product was built by service-business founders who experienced these challenges themselves. After years of handling sales calls, writing proposals, chasing responses, and tracking clients manually, they started building Closingly to make their own sales process easier to manage. Closingly is currently in closed beta. Freelancers and small agency owners can request early access, use it in their sales workflow, and share feedback that helps shape the product.
