If a lender is wondering about title work that I have sent, I can re-send it to them and ensure they have accessed it. It's very user-friendly, and the layout is pretty self-explanatory. I like how Closinglock can verify the wiring instructions for payoffs. I also like how the customer can send us their wire information securely using PLAID. We use it for one-off documents that we need to send to our clients for electronic signing, allowing us to cancel our DocuSign subscription because we use the built-in feature of Closinglock.
