**What do you like best about Closing Foundry?**

Charles' spirit of partnership has been fantastic. While evidently knowledgeable he brings great value add through being at the heart of an ecosystem of platforms/ people/ organisations and has become a trusted advisor.

**What do you dislike about Closing Foundry?**

Little to not like. Just wish we could have kept Charles around longer to help us embed the good work a bit more quickly.

**What problems is Closing Foundry solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We needed support to help us build a repeatable, scalable new business machine that took us to the next step beyond Founder/ Exec led sales and helped us to be more predictable in our forecasting. Closing Foundry supported us to mature our sales organisation, including the development of playbooks tailored to our segments, improvements in reporting/ tooling and team up-skilling. Through their work we introduced better sales qualification frameworks, SPICED and had everything integrated into our CRM for improved transparency/ visibility.

Nothing really— I value their services a lot.

Yes—just make sure you share as much detail as possible up front so their methodology can really work for your needs.

Sales performance has been stagnant, and I want to improve our performance metrics with clearer direction and a more focused path forward.
