**What do you like best about CloseBot?**

For me, it’s changed how I actually do my job. I work with clients where the goal isn’t just more leads — it’s better ones. My role is to protect their time and make sure they’re only speaking to people who are actually ready to move.


Before CloseBot, that part was always hit and miss. Leads would come in, but if my client was on a job or busy, the follow-up was delayed and the opportunity was often gone. CloseBot fixed that.


It responds straight away, keeps the conversation going, and qualifies people properly without it feeling robotic. It doesn’t just send messages, it actually handles the conversation.


When I connected it with GoHighLevel, everything became a lot more consistent. Leads come in, they’re handled instantly, and the right information gets passed through without anyone chasing it.


It’s just made the whole process cleaner and more reliable.

**What do you dislike about CloseBot?**

It’s not something you can just switch on and expect perfect results.


There is a bit of a learning curve, especially when you start building things out. If you overcomplicate it, it can work against you.


What I’ve found is the best results come from keeping things simple and being clear on what you actually want the conversation to do.


So yes, there’s a bit to learn, but once it’s set up properly, it does its job well.

**What problems is CloseBot solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The biggest problem it solves is speed to lead. Most of my clients are trades. They’re out working during the day, not sitting around replying to enquiries. So leads come in, and by the time they follow up later, the moment’s gone. CloseBot closes that gap.


It responds instantly, keeps the conversation moving, and filters out the people who aren’t serious. By the time my client gets involved, they’re speaking to someone who’s much closer to actually doing business. That means less wasted time, fewer missed opportunities, and better conversations overall.


At the end of the day, it helps me do what I’m there to do — protect my clients’ time while still helping them win new work.

What I like best about CloseBot is how it actually turns conversations into booked business instead of just handling messages.

A lot of tools can reply to leads—but CloseBot goes further. It qualifies prospects, keeps the conversation natural, follows up automatically, and drives toward a clear outcome like booking a call or estimate. It feels less like a chatbot and more like a reliable sales assistant that never drops the ball.

The biggest win is consistency. Every lead gets a fast, professional response, proper follow-up, and a clear path to conversion—without needing more staff or extra oversight.

**What do you dislike about CloseBot?**

I can't say that there is anything that I dislike about CloseBot.

The benefit is simple but powerful: It also frees up time since we’re not chasing every message or playing phone tag, and it creates a much smoother experience for customers right from the first interaction.

**What do you like best about CloseBot?**

The thing I like best about Closebot is flow builder system that allows you to get as granular as you want for even the most complex flows and the performance, while not always perfect, is probably the most reliable out of all the different ones that I have deeply dived into over the last two to three years. And that while there are features I personally regard as non-negotiable that are missing (over some of the present features that time has been spent on) I appreciate that they have a decent API that lets us do more complex back end building to implement the things I wish were already present.

I think there is room for streamlining some of the backend for a more intuitive experience OUTSIDE of the actual workflow builder. (The workflow builder is great).

Being able to offer a more reliable qualification and booking experience as part of an overall high ticket solution I have built for my niche

**What do you like best about CloseBot?**

I absolutely love how intuitive CloseBot is, even for complete noobs like us. Even with minimal use of its features, the time savings and overall value are huge as the bot gets trained to handle more and more conversations. Our support team saves roughly 2–3 hours every day by offloading support interactions and inquiries to CloseBot, and only about 2% of bot responses need revision (mostly because of our own documentation, not the bot).

The integration with GoHighLevel, which we’ve daisy-chained to Slack, has been seamless. It lets us automate real-time notifications and smoothly hand off support to live team members when needed. The scenario-based conversation design also makes it easy to build natural, human-like interactions that genuinely help users, and we’ve seen amazing results in both support and sales.

CloseBot’s ability to empathize and handle nuanced conversations is honestly mind-blowing. It can even coach users or qualify leads. We’ve only begun to scratch the surface of CloseBot for sales, but as an AI support engine it continues to impress us. When we review the conversations, we feel confident that CloseBot is representing us well in every interaction.

**What do you dislike about CloseBot?**

Honestly, there isn't much to dislike. If anything, our early limitations came from our own lack of knowledge rather than the system itself. Some users might struggle if they don't follow the best practices or ignore the helpful tutorials, which can lead to less effective bots. But the platform itself keeps getting easier to use with more tooltips and guidance. Bryce and the team are continuing to add the features that keep this bot the best on the market.

**What problems is CloseBot solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Closebot is being used as a support engine to offload inquiries and support questions. We’ve also dabbled in using it for sales in our business, although we have another bot that we provide to our users (insurance agents) to install in their business. From our own experience, as well as what we’ve seen from our clients using it, it’s saving a massive amount of time and helping convert leads into clients.

I absolutely love how CloseBot can re-engage dormant leads quickly—seeing a 4% booking rate on leads that hadn't responded in months was amazing. Its intelligence and empathy in conversations are far superior to GoHighLevel's native AI. The responses feel human, and my clients are genuinely impressed. The automation is consistent, follows up persistently, and ensures no lead falls through the cracks.

Honestly, there's not much to dislike so far. If anything, I haven't used CloseBot as extensively for inbound lead management yet, so I can't speak to that aspect. Compared to GoHighLevel's native AI, which often gives incorrect responses and fumbles appointments, CloseBot is a huge improvement.

**What do you like best about CloseBot?**

I really appreciate how intelligent CloseBot is. Out of all the chat platforms we've tried, CloseBot is by far the best AI agent for text responses. It's more intuitive and understands nuances well. I love the builder feature; it's intuitive and easy, making building workflows a breeze. The seamless integration with Highlevel CRM is a huge game changer for us, saving build hours compared to other platforms. I also love the debugging panel, which lets us test everything before deployment, and I like being able to use one bot across multiple subaccounts without needing to deploy multiple instances. The availability of a free tier is another aspect I love as it makes getting started smooth and seamless. The product works quickly as well with very few bugs if any at all and customer service is great.

**What do you dislike about CloseBot?**

I would have loved it to be a little cheaper for non-American countries. CloseBot seems to focus mostly on the western markets. In emerging markets where it's not used as much, asking for a couple of hundred dollars is a little on the high side. Even though it is a new technology and it's well worth its value, it'd be nice if it were more affordable for emerging markets instead of having a one fixed price for all markets. Otherwise, in terms of feature set, I have literally no complaints.

CloseBot handles all follow-ups, nurtures leads, and ensures every lead is attended to efficiently, even outside work hours. It integrates with various CRM platforms, updating lead information effortlessly. Its ability to use different GPT engines for messaging makes it essential for our business.

I use CloseBot to handle our customer intake conversationally and book appointments on our calendar. I really appreciate being able to respond to customers in real-time 24/7/365. CloseBot is the best in its class with features no other similar platform has. The new agent node is an excellent feature, making it easier than ever to automate messaging with AI. Instead of granularly setting up nodes for each step of a conversation, I can now create one AI node that uses natural intuition. The initial setup of CloseBot is also super easy and takes mere minutes. I recommend CloseBot every day to businesses and rate it a 10 out of 10 because everything just works.

**What do you like best about CloseBot?**

I run a digital marketing agency and Closebot has become the centre of how we deliver AI follow-up to clients. What sold me initially was the split between Personas and Job Flows - it means I can build a qualification agent once and reuse the logic across completely different verticals. We've deployed it across hospitality, home improvement, retail, and service-based clients, and the same underlying build approach works every time.
The knowledge base setup is genuinely quick. I can take a client website, have an agent drafted, tested in the testing portal, and handed over for transcript review inside a day or two. The testing portal is underrated - being able to pressure-test an agent before it touches a real lead has saved me more than once.
Support is the other thing worth calling out. The team actually respond, and the Facebook community is active enough that edge cases usually have a solution already posted.

**What do you dislike about CloseBot?**

Honestly very little. The multi-agent tag-switching can be fiddly when you're running complex handovers, and I'd love more native email channel depth - it's solid on SMS and chat but I treat it as a chat-first tool. Neither is a dealbreaker.

**What problems is CloseBot solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Database reactivation at scale. Our agency model is retainer-based AI follow-up, and Closebot is what makes that commercially viable. One agent can qualify hundreds of old leads overnight, book the good ones straight into the client's calendar, and flag the ones that need human attention — all white-labelled inside the client's own GoHighLevel sub-account. It's turned AI agent deployment from a bespoke build into a productised service line for us.

I like that it removes limitations from sales using conversational AI, and the team behind it is not holding back - they are talented and always available to answer questions. Like most automation tools, there’s a bit of a learning curve when setting up flows and getting everything dialed in exactly how you want it. It can take some time to test and refine the messaging so it feels natural and matches your business process. Once it’s set up properly it works well, but the initial setup can require some effort.

CloseBot helps solve the problem of slow or inconsistent lead follow-up, especially when leads come in from multiple channels like Facebook, Instagram, or website forms. **What do you like best about CloseBot?**

If you can think of it, CloseBot can do it. It has so much flexibility, maybe now even too much, that you can really create as condensed or expanded an experience as you need your workflow to be. It doesn't matter if you want to get straight to the point (maybe booking a call) or want to provide product support or order and inventory support; it can do it all.

**What do you dislike about CloseBot?**

The one area that can use some TLC is the Chat history. Searching and getting to specific conversations can be slow at times. I wish there could be more information provided in the logs to help self-troubleshoot.

Speed to lead and qualifying leads. Using DBRs to get existing clients to re-sign up for seasonal services, or be able to always answer and book clients 24x7 on your website.

What I like best about CloseBot is that it fills the exact gap most automations leave open: real conversation. It does not just fire off messages or wait for triggers — it can actually handle lead responses, qualify them, and move them forward inside the pipeline without needing a human involved at every step.

**What do you dislike about CloseBot?**

What I dislike most is that tools like CloseBot can be easy to overestimate if the setup behind them is weak. If the pipeline, messaging, offer, or follow-up logic is sloppy, the AI just scales that sloppiness faster. It’s powerful, but it still depends heavily on good strategy, clean systems, and clear boundaries around where automation should stop and human judgment should take over.

CloseBot is solving the gap between lead capture and actual conversation.

Before, that middle part usually depended on someone replying fast, following up consistently, qualifying leads, and pushing them toward a booked call. That creates bottlenecks, missed opportunities, slower response times, and more manual work across accounts.

The benefit is speed and scale. It keeps leads engaged, handles repetitive conversation flow automatically, and moves people through the pipeline without needing constant human involvement. That means fewer dropped leads, less pressure on the team, and a much more scalable operation.

Consistent innovation to lead an already saturated industry. Although every successful business comes with its own set of growing pains, Close Bot as a Company, ran and supported by amazing Humans has regained my trust and Business!

**What do you dislike about CloseBot?**

Rolling out new features at the expense of some support efficiency could use some additional attention. The abandonment of V-1 Classic support felt like leverage to move clients to V-2 weather they wanted to or were confident in the new platform. This has caught some people of guard and un prepared. However, the new platform and support is certainly an upgrade and My Team and I are looking forward towards re implementation and what's to come form CB and the Team.

Time efficiency in lead management, marketing and end loop sales solutions.

**What do you like best about CloseBot?**

CloseBot lets me create workflows that are reliable. I know that 98%+ of the time, my AI workflows will perform as designed, which is more than I can say for any other platforms. It's also quick, easy and intuitive to make changes and create new workflows. It's something really great that allows us to provide a reliable service that we can charge a premium for.

**What do you dislike about CloseBot?**

The UI. It can be pretty inconsistent, laggy, slow to load, or just glitch entirely. UI is my only real complaint. They've been making improvements. Visually, it looks better, but it's still buggy.

**What problems is CloseBot solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Allows us to provide a reliable AI chatbot service to clients where other AI chatbots fail. That allow us to run our business confidently without worrying about too much tech support.

I love it because it handles my follow-ups automatically and keeps my pipeline organized without me doing all the manual CRM work.

I dislike that sometimes it can feel a bit too automated — like it nudges me even when I already know what I’m doing.
And when I’m moving fast, I’d wish it understood the context a little better so it didn’t remind me about things I’ve mentally already handled.

First, it prevents leads from slipping through the cracks. In the past, I sometimes missed follow-ups, but CloseBot would address this by reminding me at just the right moment, helping me stay consistent and avoid losing deals.

Second, it eliminates a lot of manual CRM tasks. Things like updating notes, logging calls, and changing statuses would all be managed by CloseBot. This not only saves me time but also keeps my pipeline organized without any extra effort.

Third, it transforms disorganized conversations into clear next steps. Rather than having to reread lengthy emails or call notes, I would receive concise summaries and actionable items, allowing me to move quickly and stay on top of things.

Finally, it ensures my pipeline keeps moving. If a deal starts to stall, CloseBot would prompt me before it becomes an issue, resulting in a smoother workflow and more predictable outcomes.

**What do you like best about CloseBot?**

Its low code or no code approach enable teams to allocate  resources effectively and efficiently. Its automation strengthens team by diversifying repetitive tasks to automation agents and  freeing up resources for important tasks at hand. I love this platform for its user friendly interface. The building of agent is much more easy in this platform with the availability of its drag drop feature.

**What do you dislike about CloseBot?**

I love most part of this platform but I find that the source type was limited. I also wish that there was an inbuilt AI agent that would help us to build templates more effectively as that would save time  in building simple automation tools. I have seen that though this platform felt easy for anyone who had experience in building workflow automation before, it was a bit difficult for new individuals.

I also appreciate how much more efficient this version is; we moved from Zappy Chat to CloseBot and managed to create an experience of even better quality in just two weeks, compared to the six months it took with our previous service. It was a relief to find that the setup was pretty simple, mostly self-explanatory, and involved a minimal learning curve. With version two, it's even easier now.

Sometimes when CloseBot is working with an external system, like 'Go High Level,' there are lagging issues, but it's unclear if this is due to CloseBot or the external system. **What do you like best about CloseBot?**

I love the simplicity of CloseBot, as it allows me to be effective without being an AI expert. The platform's intuitive design means I can quickly build what I need for my team. Beyond the product itself, the customer support is truly exceptional; they're always available and eager to help. They've been phenomenal, making the entire experience with CloseBot incredibly positive. I also appreciate that the initial setup was very easy, which streamlined our transition to using the product.

**What do you dislike about CloseBot?**

We are transitioning from V1 to V2 and love that experience so far. So really, no complaints on V2!

**What problems is CloseBot solving and how is that benefiting you?**

CloseBot reduces staffing needs in our call center by eliminating human error, allowing us to book more appointments with fewer issues. It simplifies operations by removing the need for AI expertise and offers outstanding customer support.

If a business is already generating leads and offers multiple products or services, this is the perfect way to keep everything flowing.

There is a slight learning curve, but help with onboarding is available as needed.

Well, CloseBot is a benefit in that it can handle growth in my business when it happens. At this point in time, my business is in transition, but with the potential growth, the features are going to be crucial.

**What do you like best about CloseBot?**

CloseBot is a sales engagement and closing assistant designed to help businesses convert more leads into paying customers by automating like AI-powered sales conversations, lead qualification and Integration with CRM & funnels.

**What do you dislike about CloseBot?**

I don't have much to say about it, but there are two important points to mention. If the flows, questions, and replies are not set up correctly, CloseBot can provide irrelevant answers, repeat itself, or struggle with unusual situations. Additionally, its responses may not be as effective as those of an experienced sales representative.

**What problems is CloseBot solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Many leads arrive through WhatsApp, but they often do not receive timely responses. This tool makes it easier to follow up, so I no longer have to resend the same messages repeatedly. As a result, more leads are re-engaged and eventually closed over time.
