CloseRadar is a free AI operations audit built for US-based CPA and bookkeeping firms with 1–30 people. Firms answer 15 short questions about their tech stack, team size, and where their week goes, and within about 10 minutes receive a comprehensive, personalized audit delivered to their inbox. Each audit names three specific AI builds tailored to the firm's exact stack (such as CCH Axcess, Drake, or QuickBooks Online), along with ROI math showing how many hours each build hands back per week, what each costs to run, links to the tools involved, video examples, and a step-by-step, day-by-day implementation plan. The quick wins are designed to be self-implemented over a weekend with no IT support required. Firms can wire everything in themselves at no cost, or optionally hire the team behind CloseRadar to scope and install the larger builds.
