It pairs a drag-and-drop Kanban pipeline with labels, per-client history, and AI-written follow-ups (the rep just reviews and sends) so no deal goes cold for lack of a nudge. Its main edge is pricing: while most CRMs charge per user and get pricier with every seat, Closby charges one flat price for the whole team. Fully in Brazilian Portuguese, billing in BRL via Stripe, data hosted in Brazil, and LGPD-compliant.
