"Clear Query-Level Visibility Into AI Answers"
4.5/5
What do you like best about cloro?

What I like best about Cloro is that it shows the actual AI response for a specific query, including which brands were mentioned, which competitors appeared, and what sources were cited. It gives us clear, query-level visibility rather than just high-level traffic data. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about cloro?

The main limitation is that Cloro shows visibility at the individual query level, but it does not provide the broader AI-referred traffic volume or business impact. We would still need another tool to understand how those mentions translate into actual website visits. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Ideal API Solution with Room for Speed Enhancements"
5/5
What do you like best about cloro?

I like that Cloro allows me to use just one API to handle different calls for various AI models, which makes it very convenient. The structured JSON data returned after API calls is a feature I really appreciate, as it's easy to use and developer-friendly. I also find the playground set up on their website extremely useful because I can test API calls immediately without setting up my own environment. Furthermore, the simplicity of their system and the ease of setting up my account and creating APIs is something I really value, especially since it helps in making the development seamless. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about cloro?

The API calling speed isn't really fast. There are some lagging issues, and I'm not sure if it's because of my Internet, but that's one thing I actually noticed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Easy, Scalable Structured Ad Data via API with Responsive, Transparent Support"
4/5
What do you like best about cloro?

What I like most about Cloro is how easy it makes it to collect structured ChatGPT results at scale. The API returns ad data—such as the advertiser, title, copy, destination URL, and image—in a format that’s straightforward to work with and analyze. I also found the async batch workflow convenient for larger monitoring jobs. On top of that, the support team was responsive and transparent when we asked detailed technical questions. What do you dislike about cloro?

The main limitation for our use case is the lack of explicit control and visibility over browser-environment signals. We would benefit from configurable locale, Accept-Language, and timezone settings, as well as clearer documentation of what is reset in each new browser session. Being able to verify the actual exit IP per request would also make geo-targeted monitoring easier to audit. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Makes LLM experimentation and benchmarking much easier"
5/5
What do you like best about cloro?

I like how easy Cloro makes it to build and run workflows without a steep learning curve. The UI is clean, the setup is quick, and it’s reliable for day-to-day use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about cloro?

Sometimes I’d like more transparency and controls around response quality (e.g., clearer metadata, confidence signals, or quality metrics) so it’s easier to evaluate outputs at scale. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Empowered AI Integration without API Hassles"
5/5
What do you like best about cloro?

I really appreciate how Cloro enables me to use multiple AI platforms without needing to rely on API use. It offers the opportunity to use the web interface of chatbots like OpenAI's ChatGPT or Gemini, which have many features available on the chat interface that aren't accessible through the API. This is a significant feature for me. Another thing I like is the data documentation. It's great and very easy to understand. While coding, I can just copy their documents and paste them into my agent, enabling it to do whatever I need. This has made the setup process straightforward and saved me so much time. "Easy Single-Endpoint Integration for Multiple AI Search Engines"
5/5
What do you like best about cloro?

It’s easy to integrate with multiple AI search engines through a single endpoint, instead of having to build and maintain separate integrations yourself. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about cloro?

They don’t offer a pay-as-you-go plan, so even when I’m not using much, I still have to pay the full plan amount. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Streamlined AI Data Extraction and SEO Auditing"
5/5
What do you like best about cloro?

I like Cloro's Multi-Model "Ground Truth" capability and the Query Fan-out insight feature, which provide invaluable insight into how different large language models (LLMs) perceive and prioritize information. This is especially useful for understanding AI SEO and building automated content workflows. Cloro excels in high-fidelity citation mapping, reliably extracting exact source URLs and citations into a clean, structured JSON format, making it robust for verifying AI claims and tracking brand visibility. The setup was smooth and took under 15 minutes with its unified API interface and structured output from the start. I didn't have to spend time on data cleaning since Cloro provided clean and structured JSON. Its intuitive dashboard helps test queries and see Query Fan-out logic visually. Overall, it acts as a force multiplier for my agile operations, enabling me to handle tasks that typically require a larger team with ease. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about cloro?

While Cloro is a standout tool for AI SEO, there are a few technical and operational areas where it could improve to better support a high-scale developer's workflow: 1. Cost Predictability & Credit Transparency: Cloro uses a credit-based system where different models have varying costs per request, making it difficult to forecast credit usage in large audits. I'd love to see a cost-estimation endpoint or more granular usage alerts. A 'flat-rate' tier for specific high-volume models would be a game-changer for budgeting. 2. Latency & Async Support: The API response times are higher as Cloro waits for LLMs to generate a full response, which can lead to timeouts. A native webhook or callback system is a must to ping once the structured JSON is ready. 3. Hyper-Local Granularity: Currently supports primarily country-level targeting, adding city-level targeting would be valuable. 4. Raw Data Access: Occasionally, I need to see raw HTML or the original stream to debug specific citations. An optional parameter to return raw source data alongside the structured JSON would help with troubleshooting. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Streamlined AI Visibility with Ease and Reliability"
5/5
What do you like best about cloro?

I like Cloro because it's easy to use, making the transition from not having anything to getting started smooth. The core scraper feature is really good, nice, quick, and easy to use. I also appreciate that the API keys are simple and the signed webhooks are a nice touch, offering a bit more reassurance and security. Setting it up was very easy, taking just a few minutes. The data reliability on Cloro was a key reason for switching from Bright Data. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about cloro?

Nothing stands out, it's a little more pricey than other options but not to an excess. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Straightforward, Intuitive UI That Makes Testing Services Easy, Appealing for Vibe Coders"

Their website UI is straightforward and intuitive, so it’s easy to understand from the start.
