They've been extremely responsive. **What do you dislike about ClonePartner?** I'm not sure if they offer a self service option, I would have loved to experiment moving more workflows to this instead of using Zapier if they offered one. **What problems is ClonePartner solving and how is that benefiting you?** ClonePartner solved 2 problems for us. First, we transitioned CRMs from Affinity to Attio -- thousands if not tens of thousands of records. It was seamless. The second, on-going, is keeping our (new) CRM in sync with other systems -- notion, our email marketing client, etc. It works beautifully. ### 2. The feedback loop with their service team was also quick. **What do you dislike about ClonePartner?** There was no downside really because it was a one time charge and they didn't try to hook me on some pointless subscription. **Recommendations to others considering ClonePartner:** Ping their team to save time if you get stuck anywhere. **What problems is ClonePartner solving and how is that benefiting you?** ClonePartner helped us move from our old CRM to Attio. Attio had an inbuilt importer but there were many nuances and details which were smoothened out by using ClonePartner to handle the migration. It was seamless. All stages, meta data and logic was preserved. Their unified APIs or orchestrator or whatever they use under the hood is more sophisticated. ### 5.
