Our tool allows contractors to manage dispatch, customer information, service agreements, full accounting, sales leads, and more. Our mobile field service solution, Successware Mobile, allows techs to fully run their jobs from the field including time stamping, invoicing and payment processing all synchronized into Successware in real time. Full reporting allows you to analyze and manage your business allowing you to achieve higher profits. ## Successware Reviews ### 1. More customer service & tech prep help/viewing upcoming calls needed. **Rating:** 2.0/5.0 stars **Reviewed by:** Verified User in Facilities Services | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.) **Reviewed Date:** November 12, 2020 **What do you like best about Successware?** My boss loves the financial strengths of the software but as the main customer service/scheduling person I am not totally impressed with it. **What do you dislike about Successware?** > The lack of communication options with customers (Would love to have txt msg system in place and confirmation of schedule time slot for call). > Also NEEDS to allow the field techs to SEE upcoming schedule if we want so they can have parts needed on hand for them whether same or next day! Happy to talk further with you about any of this. **Recommendations to others considering Successware:** Sample ease or lack of ease in daily use before committing to it. **What problems is Successware solving and how is that benefiting you?** Need quicker more available customer support services (for PST customer support) and people who can easily teach/communicate remotely to help us when we have questions or problems. Tiffany Kern was GREAT at that particular need but apparently left the company. Have also had some that were not at all helpful, patient or able to teach in the process of taking our calls and inquiries (Jennifer, Bree) . ### 2. not happy with mobil app **Rating:** 1.5/5.0 stars **Reviewed by:** Verified User in Consumer Services | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.) **Reviewed Date:** November 13, 2020 **What do you like best about Successware?** the dispatching works well. ability to see all technicians is good. **What do you dislike about Successware?** mobil app is terrible. the accounting is terrible. its a nighmare to correct anything. everything is accrual based with no way yo change to cash for sales tax. **What problems is Successware solving and how is that benefiting you?** none that i know of. currently trying to find software that has a better accounting integration. Technicians in the field cannot bill on return which is just not acceptable in our business. ### 3. It allows me to easily route my techs to their respective locations. **What do you dislike about Successware?** I dislike that there is no time stamp recording, or profile access recordings that force accountability for its users. This makes room for a lot of error and no single person to turn to for answers. **Recommendations to others considering Successware:** Some of the value that service titan provides to their users is really making them a front runner. I suggest looking into some of the methods they are using. **What problems is Successware solving and how is that benefiting you?** We have discovered more ways to pull reports in SuccessWare and we are finding more success as we explore these methods. However, the reporting methods are also subpar and unnecessarily difficult to produce. ### 4.
