Useful for events that DON'T include invitees (other than myself) **Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars **Reviewed by:** Nathanael V. | Marketing Project Manager I, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.) **Reviewed Date:** July 16, 2025 **What do you like best about Clockwise?** Finds focus time for me throughout the day and adjusts to new meetings coming up **What do you dislike about Clockwise?** I don't trust Clockwise to properly prioritize conflicts or to reschedule meetings for the right dates/times Events aren't always linked to Clockwise--sometimes I have to manually tag Clockwise in. maybe because I don't refresh my calendar tab often enough? **What problems is Clockwise solving and how is that benefiting you?** Helps organize my meetings by type (e.g. one-on-one) but could be better if I could create specific types--i.e. automatic color coding events by type. Finds focus time for me throughout the work day. Adjusts automatically when new meetings conflict. Doesn't always seem to block off the correct amount of focus time per day. ### 2. It was exactly what I needed on my daily basis: - easy to install - sync with my Google Cal - mute the noitifications when I'm in meetings - auto-status when I'm OOO - having all great summaries of meetings **What do you dislike about Clockwise?** - all the pros got killed once I realized that Clockwise can't read do all that when you are traveling and change time zones: I have 2 time zones in my Gcal, one primary another one secondary, I always keep my GCal time zones up to date and I expected Clockwise to sync with GCal, sadly it doesn't. It keeps clearing my "Do not clear" status in Slack, keeps changing my hours to "Late hours" while I'm on the opposite side of the world and it's morning for me. I tried to re-install, delete etc. I don't have time to do something that should be part of the intetegration. Maybe that's only my case but I just can't bother. I realized that the more apps you have and the more bugs and imperfections you have - early days you'd care to figure out the technical side of things but when it's an efficiency/productivity app and it fails on such a fundamental issue - I just don't have any bandwidth to even try to solve for this, while I have other apps I need to battle with their bugs. **What problems is Clockwise solving and how is that benefiting you?** Ease of use and integration between Slack and Google Calendar -
