Good Coverage for our State, not so great back end service **Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars **Reviewed by:** Mabel M. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.) **Reviewed Date:** September 28, 2023 **What do you like best about ClockShark?** It works well with a lot of our employees working out of service area. The Sync funtion seems to work well. **What do you dislike about ClockShark?** It is very buggy. The owner cannot stop getting alert emails despite me fixing his account and speaking to their customer service. On the flip side of that, I need the alert emails but can't seem to get any. After alerting customer service of these issues they said they would fix them and nothing ever happened. The timesheet adjustment on the back end is quite clunky as well, there is no switch option when adjusting timesheets. I have to adjust times and install a new sheet every time an employee forgets to switch a task which is quite time consuming. **What problems is ClockShark solving and how is that benefiting you?** Clock Shark solved the problem of our employees being unable to clock in when out of service. That was making our old time tracking app unusable in our location. Despite its other issues, that alone will keep us using it. ### 2. The gps is bit off. Customer support was always great! **What do you dislike about ClockShark?** The reports cannot be customized. Sometimes the job scopes integrate into Quickbooks wrong. That needs some work. But overall the app is okay. Just not everything that we are looking for. **What problems is ClockShark solving and how is that benefiting you?** Our company is not using ClockShark anymore. ### 5. I can check where my techs are in the field easily from my phone or desk. **What do you dislike about ClockShark?** There isn't a robust search feature for finding past job info.. such as when a person was on a job.. I have to comb the calendar for that info. Have had some glitches with the map routing function. Some appears to be input.. but some has been hard to track down. **Recommendations to others considering ClockShark:** Learn how it works and train everyone.. Love the scheduling function, now the guys know where and when they are supposed to be, and have all job information in one place. The ease of use on both management and employee side is helpful. **What do you dislike about ClockShark?** The gps fence seems to be much more liberal than we expected. **What problems is ClockShark solving and how is that benefiting you?** Easier scheduling, and relaying of information to employees. Less down time with guys not knowing where they are scheduled. ### 7. Clocking into no task is not an option. **What problems is ClockShark solving and how is that benefiting you?** Timeclock accuracy and making sure the employees stay on their scheduled post.
