Clockify is great for small businesses or non-profits. The software can be free to use, and it is excellent for keeping our team of 5 accountable. I love how Clockify allows you to record your time in many ways. You can use the timer feature or enter your time manually. I enjoy how it also saves your activities, so when you start filling in the information, it pre-populates the name, project, and tags. It is a great feature to help me keep track of my time. There aren't any actual downfalls. I would say the least helpful feature is the 'Team' feature. It houses all my teams together, and I could email them through Colockify, but I don't use that feature. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The interface is fairly intuitive, and the top-line analyses (such as hours worked) are useful. I especially appreciate being able to filter by BOTH individual worker AND project, which this software allows. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

In the analyses/reports, I could not figure out a way to tabulate hours for custom lengths of time. For example, you can tabulate for the past week, month, year etc. But if I wanted to tabulate for the past two weeks or three weeks (or two months or three months), I couldn't find a way to do that quickly and easily.

Also, though this may be idiosyncratic, one of my workers had trouble with the software triple-counting his logged hours. This made it extremely difficult for us to get an accurate read on his accumulated work on our project. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Clockify is the best way to track time. I love that I can put exactly what I am doing during my day so that if there are any questions, my supervisor can look at my clockify. Honestly, I can't think of anything that I truly dislike about this software. I never have any issues with using it. It is always available when I need it and have really never had any issues. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I enjoyed the simple interface that Clockify provided. It was easy to start, pause, and stop my time clock. Additionally, it allowed me to quickly alter my hours if I forgot to stop my clock or failed to start my time at the beginning of an assignment. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Despite the simple interface, I found grouping tasks under one assignment challenging. As an improvement, I recommend that Clockify create individual folders for task assignment and completion. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Clockify makes it easy to track your time whether using their built-in timer or manually adding time to past tasks or projects. The free version doesn't allow you to view the times tracked in fractions of an hour, only hh.mm.ss. If you are on the free version, you will most likely have to use a separate calculator to convert times for invoicing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

1. Clockify doesn’t permit snapshots to be attached to the tasks.

2. The app is quite restricted as an admin and on your phone.
