Clockify is a cloud-based application, making it accessible to both desktop app, mobile app, and website applications. It is easy to set up and user-friendly for time tracking. Occasionally the desktop app will lose connectivity. This happens on rare occasions and may be due to a bandwidth issue with my internet. However, when this occurs, the website application continues working fine, and no time tracking is lost. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Clockify is extremely quick and easy to set up. For what our organization needed it for, it was free of charge. We got all of our employees set up tracking their productivity in Clockify in under an hour. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

While one of the best parts about LCockify is the customizability, it can also pose an issue. Giving employees the ability to add their individual classifications means that we have a lot of duplicates. This isn't necessarily a problem but hinders the conciseness of the reporting. For example, each employee tends to track their staff meeting hours under their own created category, rather than sharing one. Compared to similar logging systems, it's user friendliness is top notch. Particularly the duplication feature and suggesting previously logged tasks when an new entry is about to be made are super user friendly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

An improvement that could be made is to add the time spent to an existing log when it is resumed instead of adding it as a fresh entry. it isn't bothersome but it could be improved. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

As a contractor for my client, it is always a good idea to track the projects/jobs you are working on. With Clockify, I could see what I was spending the most time on. Administration support to create projects, add tags, categories to distinguish between tasks etc.

I think the charge per user model is too expensive and since this is just an small part of a bigger set of tools make the decision hard to get it for organizations with small clients but big ammount of empleoyees Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It could allow users to get together more than one activity without renaming all with the same name. Dispate that, nothing to discredit that app, i use it on my web navigator. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Its user interface is straightforward o use. I'm a contractor with simple needs and this tool suits all my use cases regarding time tracking. It has some nice integrations like Google Calendar and its API. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I use the desktop version of the app, and I often end up using the main window and the dashboard in another window. I noticed that sometimes the time tracking seems stuck (and I need to refresh that page), but other than that, everything has been excellent. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
