Our fully remote company needed a simple, easy to implement and use solution for collating our project hours only, we didn't use any of the billing features. There is detailed reporting that made the data easy to extract and use as well. Clockify's UI is simple and clear and it's easy to find anything you need. As an engineer I try to write detailed issues for support people but I found their staff arrogant and unhelpful. Telling me the bugs were features.

We like to use the time tracking feature by project and task to record the time spent on each one separately, which allows us to keep an accurate record of our work and accurately allocate billable hours.
