Clivio is a web app that manages documents for freelancers and small businesses. It reads your invoices, contracts and receipts, files them, tracks their due dates and gets them ready for your accountant. Documents arrive the way they come: drag and drop, a dedicated email address, a phone scanner that runs in the browser, Google Drive and Dropbox import, and an extension for Chrome, Edge and Brave. Anything from outside waits for your approval in the "To sort" inbox. Clivio reads each file (PDF, Office, images, up to 25 MB), gives it a clear title and extracts the supplier, amounts, VAT and due dates. Factur-X invoices are read from their XML. The document lands in its smart folder, and its due dates go to the calendar with an email reminder. To find it again, type what it is or what it contains, such as "insurance this year", or ask a question and see the passage the answer comes from. The Pro plan adds Finance (receipts to approve, VAT, budgets, bank statements, CSV, Excel, PDF and FEC exports), read-only access for your accountant, an alert when a supplier's IBAN changes, Factur-X invoicing with payment reminders, simple e-signatures, a portal to collect documents from your clients, the API and an MCP server. What Clivio does not do: it is not an approved e-invoicing platform, it does not send invoices to tax authorities, and it is not accounting software. One account is one person. Pricing (November 2026): free up to 50 documents, no credit card. Pro at €14.90 per month or €149 per year, 7-day trial.
