Clionyx reads a Salesforce org's configuration and writes plain-language, role-specific documentation grounded in how that org actually works, so the docs describe the real build instead of a generic template. It connects through Salesforce OAuth and reads configuration only, never business records. For every object it produces structured documentation: what the object is for, the team's process steps, the fields users fill in, what connects to it, what runs automatically, what blocks a save, and a decoder for the org's real validation messages. The same object is documented one way for a salesperson and another for a support agent, scoped to the layouts, record types, and fields each role can see. Every factual claim is traced to a specific element of the configuration, so a reviewer can check any statement against the org. Text is written for the reader: field labels instead of API names, and the effect of automation rather than the mechanism. Output is on-screen with collapsible sections plus a print-ready PDF. The team reviews each document paragraph by paragraph (approve, edit, pin, reject, comment), and those decisions are remembered so corrections compound across versions. A standard role library proposes roles from profiles, with per-role tailoring for glossary, suppression, injected content, emphasis, and tone. Org-change detection with automatic refresh, publishing approved help into Digadop Help, plain-language release notes, and a REST API and MCP server are on the roadmap. Clionyx is for Salesforce documentation owners, admins, and enablement teams whose org docs go stale the moment a field or validation rule changes. Pricing scales with the size and complexity of the org being documented; early access is open. Clionyx is part of the Digadop product family from Stony Point, Inc.
