Clinigim is clinic management software for small clinics and private practices — dentists, aesthetic clinics, dermatologists, physiotherapists, psychologists, dietitians and anyone else who runs a practice and is tired of keeping it together with a notebook, Excel and WhatsApp. It does the three jobs every clinic has: who came, who paid what, and who still owes. Open a patient's card and the whole story is there — visits, notes, payments, balance. The calendar knows your chairs and rooms, so two patients never land in the same seat at the same time. Patients book themselves on a page that carries your logo. Sessions sit on the patient's treatment plan, so you see how many are done; instalment plans show the next payment and who is overdue. A WhatsApp reminder is one tap away, from your own number, in your own words. At the end of the day the cash, card and transfer totals are already added up, with a report per card machine. Your private notes stay private — not even the clinic owner can read a colleague's notes. Works in the browser and in the iOS and Android apps on the same data, in 20 languages. You can be up and running in two minutes, bring your old patients in from Excel, and try it for 14 days without a card.
