Needs a lot of improvement **Rating:** 1.5/5.0 stars **Reviewed by:** Verified User in Hospital & Health Care | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.) **Reviewed Date:** March 23, 2021 **What do you like best about ClinicSource Therapy Practice Management?** Very customizable; you can create templates with multiple drop down boxes, text boxes, grids, etc. Also allows to have spaces for narrative input on SOAP notes, and is easy to track care plans/communicate with physicians. **What do you dislike about ClinicSource Therapy Practice Management?** Takes forever to load anything, which makes me fall even further behind on documentation. I will often have to refresh notes multiple times due to getting a constant loading ring or a freeze in the middle of the note. Sometimes, I have to wait 10-15 seconds between clicking each box of treatments or goals, the lag is so bad. With our prior documentation program, I spent on average ~5-6 minutes per note, but now its sometimes 10-15 minutes per treatment note. **What problems is ClinicSource Therapy Practice Management solving and how is that benefiting you?** Able to access documentation outside of the office, easier to create thorough evaluations and re-evaluations.
