ClinicShifts is provider scheduling software for multi-location specialty practices: post-acute and SNF physician groups, wound care, podiatry, physical medicine and rehabilitation, and other practices whose physicians, NPs and PAs work across several clinics or facilities. It replaces the scheduling spreadsheet with one shared, live schedule. Administrators build shifts in draft, catch conflicts and coverage gaps before publishing, and manage time off and holidays in the same place. Providers see their shifts on their phone and in Google or Apple Calendar. Every location gets a live link to its own roster, so front desks, facilities and answering services always know who’s coming. Changes notify everyone automatically. Pricing is published and flat: $10 per provider per month. Admins who don’t take shifts are free, and locations are unlimited. There’s no contract and no sales process, a 90-day free trial with no credit card, and free migration of your existing schedule. ClinicShifts schedules providers, not patient appointments.
