Overall, Clinicient is a very good program. Insight offers great streamline of use in regards to different levels of coordination of care, from scheduling to treatment to billing. Each system integrates nicely and allows a full view for each patients treatment in our clinic. The level of reports is astounding. Anything and everything that I could possibly want to know, and even things I didn't know I wanted to know, can be pulled through a report. This makes it great for tracking various services a patient may have as well as keeping our therapists on track with their goals. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

My major concern with Clinicient/Insight is the frequency of glitches or system going down. While this is our only "dislike", it is a big one. We lose so much therapist productivity when the system is down or when something is glitching out and we have to find a temporary work around. Like the EMR and the company is really excellent at keeping us informed of the latest changes in healthcare. The billing side of Total Insight has fallen behind. We have been working for 6 months to get caught up but still not there. I feel better communication is needed when a claim is denied by insurance to get the matter cleaned up quickly. This used to be the case but something changed and the process is not attending to claims that are kicked back as fast. We have been working with a rep from the company who has been helping and in good communication, but still is not able to catch up to the lag. I love the ability to place notes in various areas of the patient chart to communicate thoroughly with the clinical, administrative and billing staff. its easy access to find the necessary reports and the ability to customize them according to your needs is excellent, apart from the ability to update insurance, medical and claims information. Dislikes, you are not able to edit a note that you write. Instead you have to write a new note addressing the older note. Not the worse thing in the world though. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

EMR system is incredibly slow and often it would take 15-30 minutes to perform a daily note simply because of delays in keystrokes. Billing was nearly impossible and we could never track a claim through its cycle which we've found out later caused increased number of denials and lost revenue.
