I feel there are too many steps just to schedule a patient, especially for multiple days. The system also tends to be very glitchy and slow. **What problems is Clinicient solving and how is that benefiting you?** I'm not really sure yet. ### 2. The DC's don't show up on our report. Insight Go has constant issues like not being able to find clients this week without using the ID #. It's not as user friendly as other systems. **What problems is Clinicient solving and how is that benefiting you?** DC's dont show up on the reports. The parrot charting/copy forward management creates issues. Insight GO and Classic aren't the same and we have therapists on both systems so it's tough, ### 3.
