Clinicient after 1 year **Rating:** 2.5/5.0 stars **Reviewed by:** Verified User in Medical Practice | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.) **Reviewed Date:** March 05, 2021 **What do you like best about Clinicient?** Ability to add last visit content with one click **What do you dislike about Clinicient?** Templates are loaded with too much material and time consuming to go through all the options for an experienced PT a waste of critical time. need option for personal or clinic templates Procedure flow is also way to lengthy and time consuming Most of the PT's in my clinic choose to use the summary section in GO to avoid the painful process of the current templates The need to use 2 formats for scheduling and reports, my front desk is still in classic, needs big work Hang times for sign off or choosing a referral to fax note to Ability to click to set cursor, automatically highlights everything and second click does not set the cursor at times, it takes multiple clicks and movements, not to mention superlatives under my breath. Not the typical experience with most WORD documents. Reports are a monster and I would value a "productivity " report for reimbursement by the week, date range vs month end only. Biggest complaint is too many clicks Remember by typing style and auto populate Listen to your end users, we understand compliance and would appreciate needed documentation to be preloaded and not have to click on every tab Go is moving in the right direction, but you are holding onto too much of the past, if you want to compete with WebPT you will need to let go of the past and listen to you clinical user Clinicient is not a word in Webster LOL **What problems is Clinicient solving and how is that benefiting you?** Not much from our previous EMR, other than cost ### 2. Being able to have multiple patients open at once. **What do you dislike about Clinicient?** Having to save content continuously or risk losing content.Not being able to save my own templates for evaluations and having to have this be company wide the same for every condition. **What problems is Clinicient solving and how is that benefiting you?** I've saved time since using Insight GO vs the original software which is old and outdated. I can document more easily in realtime when I am with a patient. ### 3.
