CliniCall helps medical and optical practices handle patient calls when the front desk is busy or outside staffed hours. Practices keep their usual public phone number and configure which calls reach the assistant. It follows the practice's routing rules, transfers callers to a staffed front desk when a transfer line is available, and creates callback requests for work that needs a person. Direct appointment booking is available with supported booking connectors, confirmed during onboarding. The practice dashboard brings together calls, summaries and follow-up work. French and English are verified on production phone lines. Plans start at EUR 149 per month per location, excluding VAT; setup is quoted separately. A 30-minute demo is available.
