The platform is very confusing. The links are not logically organized. Actually, it is impossible to understand this platform on your own without help. There is zero overview or logic on this site. Nowhere is it clearly stated what information or documents you need for what kind of research. Also, the BWO is generally extremely slow in responding; I have been waiting for 2 weeks for an answer to a short question, which is greatly delaying my research process. During the course of my PhD I used Research Manager a lot. One of the things I appreciate most about Research Manager is how it keeps all files needed for my trial organised. The way it helps manage documents and track progress makes staying on top of projects easier. I can quickly find what I need, see where I am in the process, It’s a simple but effective tool that saves me time. When you’re just starting out it takes some time to fully understand and navigate te programme, but the ease of implementation and overall usefulness more than make up for this. There were multiple benefits on this programme. Starting with the way it streamlines progress, deadlines, and documents. Performing clinical research comes with a lot of protocols, monitor visits and other documents. It is extremely important to handle these documents securely, RM helpt simplified this proces for me. The only thing that I find difficult about the research manager website is that there is not a tab with presents the latest approved versions of all the documents.
