Clinic OS Pro is a revenue and retention system built for owner-led sports and orthopedic physical therapy clinics in the US and Canada. It is not an EMR and does not replace one. It runs on top of the EMR you already have, native with Cliniko, Jane, Raintree and Juvonno, and by secure patient-list import with smart column mapping for WebPT, Prompt, SPRY, Clinicient, Practice Perfect and essentially anything else that can export a list. Access is read-only. It automates the three places PT clinics lose revenue: no-shows (same-day rescue sequences), mid-plan drop-offs (plan-of-care completion nudges), and lapsed patients (multi-touch reactivation campaigns). Messages go by SMS, email, or a real voice call from Robin, the built-in AI calling agent, which phones no-shows from your own local number and answers the calls the front desk misses. Recovered revenue is reported in dollars, credited when a patient books and confirmed when they attend, not in open rates. HIPAA compliant with a BAA available. Flat monthly pricing, no contract, no per-provider fees.
