ClinDesk is practice management software for UK physiotherapy and MSK clinics, from solo practitioners to multi-site groups. Every plan includes every feature, with unlimited reception staff, sites and patients, from £25 a month. Diary and online booking across every practitioner, room and site, with confirmation texts and emails. Clinical notes from your own assessment, follow-up and discharge templates. When a clinician signs a note it locks; amendments are added and the original is kept. Intake forms are completed before the patient arrives. The group office view shows every site's numbers in one place, and role permissions keep clinical notes away from reception. Insurer authorisations count down session by session. Invoices can be split between the insurer and the patient's excess, and patients can pay by card from a text link. Every change and signature is kept in the audit trail. Add Reports, powered by ClinForms, and insurer, case manager and solicitor forms arrive mostly filled from the signed notes, in the referrer's own layout, ready for the clinician to review and sign. Moving from another system? Import patients, cases and appointments from a CSV file, check every row first, and undo an import for up to seven days. Switching help and training are included and there is no set-up fee. Monthly rolling, cancel any time, or pay yearly and get two months free.
