ClientX is an AI inbound sales platform for B2B websites. Instead of a floating chat bubble in the corner, it lives as a persistent input bar on your site, so visitors can ask questions in their own words at any point and get answers in real time, grounded in your actual site content. It also tells you who is on your site. ClientX runs a waterfall of IP-to-company resolution to identify the companies behind anonymous traffic, then enriches them with firmographic data, so your team knows which accounts are worth their time instead of guessing. Underneath the input bar, autonomous AI agents do the work. They answer product, pricing, and use-case questions instantly, qualify each visitor by intent, and hand the hot ones to your sales team with full context: who the visitor is, what they asked, their intent score, and a suggested opener, with a demo already proposed. The result is a single surface that captures, qualifies, and routes inbound demand, so the pipeline that used to bounce away anonymously actually reaches your team. ClientX is built for B2B SaaS and software companies that get real website traffic but lose most of it to the anonymous, self-serve buying journey. It replaces passive live chat and chatbot widgets with active, around-the-clock pipeline capture.
