What problems is ClientPoint solving and how is that benefiting you?

Upload document process. If you're uploading more than one file and the document isn't in the same folder you have to upload each file one at a time. It's time consuming. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We able to see which aspects of our proposals potential clients are really reading thus directing content redevelopment and ideas for additional content development. "Game changer"

What do you like best about ClientPoint?

This is an excellent sales tool especially when working with potential clients outside your region. Being able to combine video, visual tools and personalized content in a proposal for clients really sets us apart from the competition in an otherwise tired industry. Love it. What do you dislike about ClientPoint?

Only challenge is building out a library of content but that is an internal challenge, not a fault of the software :) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is ClientPoint solving and how is that benefiting you?

This allows us to bring a personal touch to clients that are normally only reached by phone/email. Based on the analytics we get back after a proposal is viewed, we can gauge which aspects are most important to them (for example they skip through all pages about service details and spend 5 minutes viewing pricing - we know they care mostly about cost not other areas of the value proposition). What do you like best about ClientPoint?

Very straight forward and very effective if you're in sales and you ca really utilize the functions which are suitable with your business. Very easy to learn and I can even go back just in case there things that needs to amend with your proposal. Very satisfied so far. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ClientPoint?
