**What do you like best about ClientPoint?**

I'm a marketing coordinator for a large company and we use ClientPoint on a daily bases for proposals. The ability to gain analytics is crucial to understanding what our clients want most. The most outstanding part of ClientPoint would have to be their customer support. They have been there every step of the way answering questions and troubleshooting any issues we had. "My" is an outstanding customer service agent and has help us use ClientPoint more efficiently. 

**What do you dislike about ClientPoint?**

Some portions of the program do include coding. If you do not know html coding, customer support is there to help or you would need to have a person with coding knowledge on your team.

**What problems is ClientPoint solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The ability to analyse what information your clients spend more time. We have been able to determine what interests our clients most.

I like that we are able to create our own merge documents which allow our reps to fill in missing information to customize each proposal. The support team at Paperless is extremely helpful and attentive to any and all of our needs.

the library doesn't show you when docs were uploaded last and also would be great if there was a search button to search thru the docs. 

**Recommendations to others considering ClientPoint:**

If you are looking for a system to organize all your files and keep track of all your progress, this is your system. Paperless allows you to stay consistent amongst all your documents by allowing you to have a library which holds all of your company's files.

**What problems is ClientPoint solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are able to keep all our files and past proposals organized in one place. This helps us save time because we can just duplicate past proposals and customize as needed.

We are able to attach large quote documents, provider directories, etc. to our Group Health quotes which allows us to deliver a much more meaningful quote. 

**What do you dislike about ClientPoint?**

It usually takes some time to get around the system Upgrades without any training documents provided.

Like a mentioned above, we are able to deliver complex and large documents, provider directories, etc. with our Group Health quotes, which helps translate into more successful business in the long run.

The result. The bid proposals look fantastic.

Cumbersome, not a very intuitive user interface (the new one). Still looking to see more improvements on this end to make the user experience better, and shorten the ramp-up/training timeline.

More detailed, quicker proposals.

I'm able to deliver more bids with a higher quality and level of detail then before. A bid would take me hours before, and now it takes as little as 7 minutes.

**What do you like best about ClientPoint?**

How easy it is to build a library of documents, use to create custom templates, and know that you proposal is free of errors.  We have a team of users and we can easily access each others work when needed - from anywhere.  Its also awesome to know when your customer has read your proposal and where they spend the most time, as we use that as an indicator of what's most important to them.  We can then be prepared to expand upon that interest during the presentation process.  Also, the analytics tools and key in determining success factors. 

**What do you dislike about ClientPoint?**

Sometimes takes too long to add page numbers, but not sure if that is system or network issues.

**Recommendations to others considering ClientPoint:**

If you want to control the contents that is being sent to your clients and prospects, protecting your branding, you will want to take a deeper look at the benefits this software.   Additionally, with so much emphasis on sustainability, we find each year we are producing less paper and more e-proposals.

**What problems is ClientPoint solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Paperless Proposal has increased productivity and improved the quality of our proposals.  We can create customized proposals within minutes using templates, or customize by adding additional information from our resource library.  We also know when the client has read our proposal so we can follow-up interest on more timely basis.

I appreciate the ability to standardize proposal templates within our company as well as the ability to track when clients open and view the aspects of the proposal document.

I dislike the fact that salesforce integration is lagging.

Integrate it paperless with your CRM and business solutions systems in order to reap the greatest benefits.

Having the ability to create a library of frequently used documents and templates with the ability of the Paperless team to customize them with client name merge fields is really handy. It helps to create custom proposals swiftly in a clean/presentable fashion. Additionally, I like having the ability to view all projects under one manage screen helps to keep track of pending projects.

**What do you dislike about ClientPoint?**

Some of the finalizing stages could be better modified for our specific usage. Sometimes customers want a specific format that will create additional editing in PDF after it has been downloaded from Paperless when it seems like maybe it could be an added feature to Paperless to assist in the completion stage.

**What problems is ClientPoint solving and how is that benefiting you?**

With Paperless, we are able to ensure our proposals are uniform in presentation. This really helps create a level of consistency that any business could benefit from. It gives us the control to manage how our company is viewed. The goal is to have a proposal generated in CA to look the same as one completed in NY. This also benefits our sales team members in that there is no guessing with format. It streamlines our production.

New to the software from a non-software based proposal editor and loved this. I found the back end to be slick and easy to jump into. The push to MS Word editing was easy and tracking features post send were powerful.

Easy to use and standardized proposal generation with tracking for large proposals. The benefits of having an organization wide proposal generator were great.

 What I love best about paperless proposal is ability for the customer to open the proposal instantly  and I get a notification.

 Sometimes it can take a while to put a proposal together.

 Using paperless proposal with my staff allows me the opportunity to view all their proposals of when they go out immediately. This helps us hold accountability for our employees.  I would recommend using paper this proposal to anybody  looking to drive sales.

 The biggest issue for us was the tracking of the proposals. With paperless proposal you always have your pass production. We have been able to close deals that have been on the table for over six months. I believe this is directly related to using paper this proposal.

The team assigned to my project was very good at emailing and calling often to communicate. They were also very organized and kept the project moving when we weren't sure of next steps.

The only concern was understanding the limitations of the tool fully before getting started.

We needed universal templates for remote employees to be able to personalize while still being up to company standards.

I love the ability to know when the proposal has been opened, what was viewed and for how long. Paperless has more features that I could possibly use.

I disliked the user interface before, but the recently revamped the entire interface and it is quite impressive.

**What do you like best about ClientPoint?**

Can create a professional proposal in less than 10 minutes. I can see stats on what my prospects are looking at. Green option for proposal delivery. Can be viewed on any device.  

Perfect for teams that use the same basic content but still want the ability for full customization. My marketing team can update materials and have all of the reps using the updated info right away.

Adding a clean and sharp cover page is very simple and quick.

**What do you dislike about ClientPoint?**

The process of saving a document can be cumbersome but I believe that has more to do with a slow internet connection.  

The program can get hung up if you don't have a fast connection forcing you to reload the page or log back in. 

**Recommendations to others considering ClientPoint:**

Save templates that you like and build off of them to perfect the product.  You will be surprised how much you will learn making proposal with this system.   I would encourage anyone using Paperless Proposal to spend the time to make at least 5 different proposals before deciding on which style you like best.  You will likely find that you can tailor your final product based on the specific prospect you are presenting to.

Quick turn around on proposals allows us to get back to prospects in a timely fashion.  Prospects are impressed with the proposal and the online availability. 

Adds the WOW factor when a prospect opens the proposal and sees how simple our offering is.

This system makes it easy to generate a proposal for a candidates in our recruiting process in a matter of minutes.  It also allows us to continuously engage throughout the hiring and onboarding process.

It also allows different managers to have different templates, or different templates based on client/candidate type.

**What do you dislike about ClientPoint?**

It is too easy to give candidates too much information.  We need to work on limiting what we send and honing in our templates.

This has helped us provide candidates with more information than ever before while spending less time than we previously had.  Better content and more productive.

The iProposal tool in a web based integrated proposal tool.  The tool is easy to use, allows for fast proposal creation and allows event tracking through out the life cycle of the proposal.

Some of the application's navigation is klutzy.

We can only use the Chrome browser.  Please build to operate in all browsers.

This tool provides a single integrated proposal creation system, it eliminates the one off proposals that unexpectedly appear because a sales person is following the correct procedures.

I love that this product allows us to see how much time a proposal is viewed. I love how easy it is to create proposals with the template files. Support of the product is wonderful.

It's a little hard to configure the templates on one's own.

Get the sales people's buy in and try to get one of them to understand the product like an administrator. This will help you build the product to its fullest potential.

It is quick and easy to produce standard proposals since all of your standard files are already pre loaded.  

**What do you dislike about ClientPoint?**

It is sometimes cumbersome to produce non standard proposals (i.e., where you need to do a deep dive customization).

It allows me to shorten my sales cycle since the WYSIWYG interface makes creating standard proposals a wiz.  The main benefit to this is that when you are first to the table with a proposal, you stand a better chance of closing the deal.

There seems to be too many options that I don't know the impact.  There needs to be more explanation of the options.

This 'feels' like it makes sense.  Make sure you know your current proposal process well before you start a new process.

Our proposals are for Engineered-to-order equipment.  It's a complicated proposal build process.  The benefits are TBD as I'm a new User.

It is an easy to learn process. Fairly self explanatory. You can even add a personalized video. No paper

I am not sure of anything that I particularly dislike at the moment...

The world is consistently heading towards being paperless. People like things that they can get to with a few clicks & then be able to go back to them any time that ever want/need to. This is also bit of a time saver.

I wish I was able to edit text of the pages easier without upload/download times.

If you can create base templates then you will like paperless. It is not cookie cutter but it does allow you to streamline your efforts versus a complete start over each proposal.

I find that the system is much easier to use than having to start fresh on type up for each proposal.

The simplicity of reorganizing content and editing current stock content is a true timesaver.

From an administrator point of view I wish organizing the library and managing some library content was a little bit easier.

Review the analytics feature. If you're providing your own proposals and not completing proposals primarily on bid platforms the information provided is essential to understanding your clients needs.

We able to see which aspects of our proposals potential clients are really reading thus directing content redevelopment and ideas for additional content development. In addition, using paperless has enhanced our ability to provide cohesive proposals across our company with truly standardized content format, layout, aesthetics', etc.

Paperless is incredibly simple and easy to use. I am greatly appreciative of the fact that I can not only create proposals from literally any location on my laptop, but I also have easy access to view and download prior proposals for reference.

There's not much to say here. Paperless Proposal continues to update their product regularly. 

**Recommendations to others considering ClientPoint:**

If you're going to use this software - use it to the fullest extent of it's capabilities. Don't just use it for the statistics. Paperless Proposal offers customizable merge docs that can virtually eliminate human error. That is more powerful and professional than any aesthetic look or presentation your company can give. Across your entire sales team, you'll have consistency, along with ease of use. 

**What problems is ClientPoint solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Problems we've solved: we have vastly decreased the amount of time we spend creating proposals; we have also reduced human error by utilizing Paperless merge docs. The latter is something we cannot fully express the criticality of. Our level of skills across all Business Development Managers vary greatly - simply from style to technical proficiency with Word. The merge docs will virtually eliminate the majority of human error within our scope & pricing exhibits. The merge docs will also make the same exhibits consistent among all BDMs. We're not creating exhibits any more - we're entering the information in one place and sitting back while the merge docs generate themselves.

the only thing I would like to see changed we be a little more freedom of moving categories around in our proposals and then shifting line items with in the categories

With the fantastic support and capabilities of Paperless staff leaves no roadblocks as to not signing up at your first demo. They have the capabilities to program their system to your specific needs and the end results is a QUALITY PROPOSAL

**What problems is ClientPoint solving and how is that benefiting you?**

After getting the information back of our the time our prospective customer spent reviewing their proposal and the time spent in specific sections of the proposal. That way whether through phone call or an onsite visit I know by the time they spent in a specific section what is most likely a priority to their business.

Timeliness. I have the ability to manage a large library of documents which I can utilize with client specific documents saving me hours of time every month.  I can create a highly professional presentation in less than half the time it used to take me.

**What do you dislike about ClientPoint?**

Occasional delays in file uploads. I sometimes need to get out of a document download and start over.

The flexibility to modify a document at the client's request giving them instant access to changes with creating new documents.

The analytics allow me to better understand issues of greatest interest to clients.

**What do you like best about ClientPoint?**

The ability to have most of the document I need for a variety of types of proposals right at my fingertips.  It is also nice to have different templates to pull from so I don't need to recreate the wheel each time.  I also LOVE the upload a video feature.  Adding a personalized video and message to the prospect is such a neat, cutting edge tool!

**What do you dislike about ClientPoint?**

It is very difficult to edit specifications.  When you open a local edit, the formatting gets changed and mixed up.

**Recommendations to others considering ClientPoint:**

From what I see, the company is very willing to work with their clients to tailor the program to meet their needs.  When things aren't working ideally, they are quick to respond with a solution.

**What problems is ClientPoint solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I am able to spend more time generating leads and out in the field and less time looking for documents to create a proposal.  It is also very professional looking.

Much of the system can be managed by us, without Paperless staff ongoing involvement.  Very customizable for candidate and for our company.

Several pre-set fields do not apply to our business model, but can't be removed or renamed.

It is best to understand the details of the product before you begin implementation to better use the features it provides, and to understand any limitations it may have for your business.

We are solving the problem of needing to customize a recruiting kit to each potential candidate vs. having static and standard printed content.  This system appeals to our target audience of millenials.  It allows "one place" to keep all material and documentation on each candidate.

As a sales Manager this is a powerful tool for managing our proposals.
The analytics let us track when proposals are viewed and what is important to the customer.
Tracking rep results such as close % is valuable to me. I also like that I can verify the content (pricing, specs, etc.) at any time.

There is nothing significant that I dislike. It's just a matter of getting our people use to sending electronic proposals instead of the old fashioned way of printing them. But this is what our customers are now asking for.

It's about time we can use technology to master the creation, delivery and tracking of proposals.
This is a very effective solution.

I like Paperless Proposal because it is incredibly easy to use. I like having the archive to review proposal I have completed in the past. I also enjoy knowing when our prospects review the proposal.

Something that I do not like is I do not have the option to sort by the manager or territory that I have completed the proposal for. I would like to see an additional sorting method.

Using Paperless Proposal keeps all our proposals and quotations organized and simple to access internally and externally. All our proposals can now be easily tracked from a Request for Proposal to a signed contract. The team at Paperless Proposal has diligently worked with us to create our ideal user experience.

The only issue we experienced was a lengthy set-up.

It's easy to learn, simple to use and the end product is professional!  More importantly, it's easy for potential customers to access and use.

The only thing I can think of is that I'd like the ability to customize the cover page more.  This is specific to our company though! 

**Recommendations to others considering ClientPoint:**

Initial training on Paperless Proposal site should be done with your intended use.  It would also help to have someone within your company become and "expert" first and then train the rest of the staff.  This way there is far more familiarity to how your company is using Paperless Post. 

**What problems is ClientPoint solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The ability to track when proposals are opened and viewed helps us to communicate in a timely manner wtih potential clients.  

We just started using the system so I haven't seen benefits yet but they are sure to follow.

Ease of use for starters.  The way it was developed it intuitive and allows our sales reps to glide through process of creating proposals.  We really also like how easy it is to insert videos into our proposals.

The support is also tremendous.  Anytime we have had a support question it has been handled timely an.d professionally
