I like sending a link to my proposal and that I can see who has opened, read, and/or spent time in my proposal. What do you dislike about ClientPoint? Many of the custom files within our version have become corrupt and unusable. I like that its easy to keep track of what emails and proposals are sent. The team assigned to my project was very good at emailing and calling often to communicate. They were also very organized and kept the project moving when we weren't sure of next steps. Three stage email marketing campaign was unified, and consolidated within the Paperless Proposal system. This makes for easier sending and far easier tracking of opens, reads, and forwards. However we thought we would be looking at more solid tracking than is available.
