"We can track and manage many aspects of our sales and marketing campaigns"
4/5
What do you like best about Cliently?

Cliently can let us store and access vital information about many different elements involved with planning, executing and managing relationships with our leads and clients. The email marketing feature provides us with great email templates that let us create and build professional and thoughtful automated campaigns that let us reach out on a regular basis. All of the different windows and panels are designed neatly so that we can find information in an instant. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Cliently?

I would like Cliently more if there were more detailed campaign templates that could give us more of a useful framework for building successful campaigns. I think many of the automated features are somewhat generic by default. We must devote a lot of time planning and even experimenting in order to get the timing and content right. "We can automate several key marketing activities with Cliently"
4/5
What do you like best about Cliently?

Marketing personnel aren't necessarily people with solid background in computer technology and software, so it's great that Cliently is user friendly and allows us to set up many automated tasks without any complicated programming required. The main automation I like are the email campaigns. We can set the emails to flow in very specific time frames along with other actions such as displaying video for our contacts. What do you dislike about Cliently?

I think the analytics are not as helpful as I would like when it comes to predicting campaigns that may work in the future. The analytics mainly just show our contacts' interactions with our correspondence, which is helpful to a certain degree, but doesn't really provide complete insight into the success of particular designs and wording. "Cliently adds new dimensions to our marketing campaigns"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Cliently?

Cliently brings an innovative take on lead marketing and outreach that freshens up our marketing arsenal and gives us more options to move based on our interactions with particular leads and existing clients. We can add physical items such as letters and postcards to give our lead and client communications a more personal touch. Cliently charges for certain services through credits, which helps us to manage and budget the services that we use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Cliently?

While Cliently does bring nice communication methods into the fold, I don't really think that it has quite the robust features I would want to use for regular client nurturing campaigns. The mailed marketing options can be great for short term campaign strategies, but I don't feel they're all that useful for wider marketing plans. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Automate emails* with a Chrome extension (Not direct Integration)

Send Handwritten Cards Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Cliently?

With Cliently you can't choose day or time for automated emails to send also the Zapier integration does not work as advertised. The company seems like a desperate attempt for funds to try to develop the program they promise. While I can respect any start-up, these guys take it up a notch in terms of desperately attempting to take every cent they can from you. They constantly prompt you to sign-up for an annual plan. The owner of the company flat-out lies to me about not offering a discount if I signed up before the trail, and charged me full price for the subscription, to only have an automated marketing email go out to a few hours later offering a 50% off discount if I signed up before the trial ended. In which I contacted them about and it was like pulling teeth to get a refund 30 days later for the 50% extra I paid. The support was lacking. When i ran into bugs in their Zapier integration they wanted me to "hand-hold" a developer's hand after already showing them via screenshare, the problem. I have better things to do with my time than to help you debug your program. The icing on the cake for me was after I canceled I had $12.00 in credits remaining in which the owner said he could not refund.I was told to I could mail myself a gift card. Mind you that the cheapest gift card is $10 (plus $8 processing fee for mailing) so not sure how I could do that. Again this was just another greedy move to get my money which I guess I am not surprised at this point. I wish I could turn back the hands of time before I ever decided to sign up for Cliently but it is what it is and all has left a bad taste in my mouth for their program and lack of customer service. "Great company database and easy to set up email sequences etc"
4/5
What do you like best about Cliently?

The company database seems to have a lot of information about each lead - name, email address, telephone number, company size and revenue etc Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Cliently?

The system seems mainly to have been built to use with a Gmail account, although you can also use your own IMAP - but this appears a little bit flakey Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Great Tool for the US market"
4/5
What do you like best about Cliently?

This tool was great but even better was the honest and service we had during our conversation that this tool might not be ideal for the organizations which are operating only in Europe. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Cliently?

The only thing which I was disappointed about was the inaccuracy of the data provided by the tool for European markets. It contains information about the right connections but was not accurate or update. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
