I am using Clientjoy for almost 1 year, and the most I like customer support and the Client portal's new feature that we can add tabs that can show any web pages and apps and I like the follow-up emails. Clientjoy will replace sales CRM, proposal/contract, client emails, and Invoicing tools. and custom branded client portal.

I found that the software was easy to use, focused on client management, and provided clear measures to manage your leads and clients, rather than the usual project management that is not focused on CRM. Clientjoy lets you do Invoices and quotes and soon automate emails, for which many templates save a lot of time.
