**What do you like best about Clientary?**

I've been using Clientary for a while now, and I gotta say, it's been a game-changer for my small business. The thing I love most is how easy it is to use. I'm not exactly a tech whiz, but I picked it up pretty quickly. It didn't take long to set everything up, and before I knew it, I was managing projects, tracking time, and sending invoices like a pro.
One thing that really stands out is how many features they've packed into this thing. It's like a Swiss Army knife for business management. I use it almost every day for different tasks - from keeping tabs on leads to creating proposals. It's pretty cool to have all these tools in one place instead of juggling a bunch of different apps.
The customer support has been solid too. I've only had to reach out a couple of times, but they were quick to help me out. That's always a relief when you're trying to figure things out.
I will say, I haven't really tried to connect Clientary with other software. To be honest, I haven't needed to. It does so much on its own that I haven't felt the need to add anything else to the mix.

**What do you dislike about Clientary?**

First off, the task management isn't all that great. If you're used to fancy project management tools, you might be a bit disappointed. You can't add custom fields to tasks or upload files directly to them, which can be a pain when you're trying to keep everything organized.
Another thing that drives me nuts is how slow it can be sometimes. There are days when I'm sitting there twiddling my thumbs for 4 or 5 minutes just waiting for the dashboard to load. Talk about a coffee break I didn't ask for!
Oh, and if you're always on the go, you might miss having a mobile app. It's kind of a bummer not being able to quickly check things on your phone when you're out and about.
One small thing that gets on my nerves is having to enter my email twice to log in. I mean, come on, it's 2024! Why do I need to type it twice?
And if you're working on a laptop without a mouse, get ready for some frustration. For some reason, you have to right-click and open things in a new tab a lot, which is a real pain when you're just using a trackpad.
Don't get me wrong, Clientary's not bad. It's just got a few quirks that can be annoying, especially if you're used to other software that does certain things better. But hey, no software's perfect, right?

**What problems is Clientary solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Clientary has been a real game-changer for my small business. It's solved a bunch of headaches I used to have with managing projects, tracking time, and sending invoices. Before, I was using a mishmash of different tools and spreadsheets, which was a total mess. Now, everything's in one place, which saves me tons of time and hassle.
The invoicing feature is probably my favorite - it's made billing clients so much easier. I also love how it helps me stay organized with client info and project history. The time tracking has been super useful too, helping me price my work better.

As a satisfied user for years, I've found the platform to be very user-friendly and efficient. I've appreciated the recent updates that have enhanced its usability.

**What do you dislike about Clientary?**

The difficulty in seamlessly integrating it with a project management tool. This lack of connectivity has hindered my workflow and created inefficiencies. I hope to see improvements in this area in the future to enhance the overall user experience.

**What problems is Clientary solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's timesaving for invoicing and helps in logging correctly the time spent on projects.

**What do you like best about Clientary?**

Clientary is my favorite tool for creating invoices to send out to all my clients. It is not only an invoicing solution but also allows me to maintain all the data about clients there so that it is easier to manage each one of them and deliver the graphic design work on time. With the proposals, I am able to start working with clients once they complete the signature, and it is all kept digitally, no need to mail them the documents to their office. It is a software that helps me communicate better with my clients.

**What do you dislike about Clientary?**

I think that the organization of the data in Clientary could be better, I think there are not many customization options when it comes to visualizing the information of the clients, and it would be nice to have this option so that it can be rearranged in a comfortable way.

**What problems is Clientary solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The use of Clientary has really helped me have more control over my finances and be able to manage all my clients. I have used it to create invoices, bill my clients, create customized proposals, have a place to organize all the signatures, and more. It is a software that has helped with the improvement of my workflow and the management of my finances.

**What do you like best about Clientary?**

Clientary is a helpful software that I really love using and it has a lot of cool features that add to a very good use of the software; mostly, I like the fact that it has so many nice templates that can be customized so that the invoices look really nice and professional, ensuring that it maintains the business image at all times. The payments are made directly and processed online thanks to the system that Clientary provides, and we are able to track and maintain an archive of all the invoices and payments.

**What do you dislike about Clientary?**

What I don't like about Clientary is the way that it does not do a great job at offering project management features that are actually easy to customize according to the different needs that one may have, it is a great invoicing tool but it does not offer great project management tools.

**What problems is Clientary solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The main benefits that Clientary has provided for us are the ability to create different invoices and have a tool to customize them according to the type of clients that we have and their needs, it allows us to customize different fees and offer our services that we are able to add in Clientary's platform. It is a very unique and necessary tool that unifies and strengthens the relationship with clients by the creation of recurring invoices.

**What do you like best about Clientary?**

I like that Clientary is an all-in-one solution for invoicing, time tracking, and client management. It makes it easy to keep track of all my clients and their invoices in one place. Plus, the interface is easy to use, and the customer service team is very responsive and helpful.

It can be a bit costly. Some features can be challenging to find and use, and the user interface can be clunky. Some parts could be improved, such as the ability to customize invoices and time-tracking reports.

**What do you like best about Clientary?**

I can say that the most helpful feature of this software is its versatility. With Clientary, I can manage my contacts, track communication history with them, and even send automated messages. This all-in-one solution helps me to keep my relationships organized and efficient, saving me time and ensuring that I never miss a follow-up opportunity.

Another great aspect of Clientary is its user-friendly interface. It's easy to navigate and use, even for someone like me who is not tech-savvy. The software's design makes it simple to find the information and tools I need, allowing me to work more effectively.

Finally, I appreciate that Clientary is constantly being improved and updated. The developers listen to user feedback and work to improve the software. This level of dedication to customer satisfaction is rare, and it's something that I truly value as a user.

**What do you dislike about Clientary?**

As a user of Clientary, one downside I've noticed is the limited customization options for the user interface. While the platform is user-friendly and has all the necessary features for managing clients, I would like to see more options for personalizing the look and feel to better suit my business needs. Another downside is the limited integration with other tools and platforms. While Clientary does offer integration with a few select tools, I would like to see more options to connect with the tools and systems I use on a daily basis.

**What problems is Clientary solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Clientary is helping me, as a user, to improve communication with my clients, which is benefiting me in multiple ways. Its tools allow me to manage my client contacts, create conversations, schedule secure messages, and analyze client behavior to better understand their needs. This saves me time by allowing me to manage all my contacts in one place, improves the effectiveness of communication, keeps my client's data secure, and helps me understand my clients better so I can offer more personalized products and services.

**What do you like best about Clientary?**

Simplicity is great. The product is not overly complicated and doesn't have too many features that might overwhelm the user.. Invoicing features are also great.

**What do you dislike about Clientary?**

Would like some features such as: rounding at the end of the day only (and not everytime I click save), automatically stopping the clock when I start on a new task.

**What problems is Clientary solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Keeping track of time is critical in my business. Clientary allows me to track my work and organize accrooss clients and projects. I don't need to waste time looking at my watch, estimating and then manually inputting my work. It's a real time saver!
