They have a lot of resources and different useful topics. **What do you dislike about Client Cloud?** Zywave is very cost-prohibitive. They get you into long contracts that are impossible to break, and the billing department is not helpful. We don't use the portal as much as we should, for how much we spend. I will probably discontinue our contract when it is over. **Recommendations to others considering Client Cloud:** Make sure you really know what you want before signing a contract because they WILL NOT let you out. **What problems is Client Cloud solving and how is that benefiting you?** Clients often have a specific question either relating to safety or training, to which Zywave almost always has an answer. ### 2. As a web based platform it’s benefici because we can do so remotely. ### 3.
