"A comprehensive and super useful tool for day-to-day use within an organization"
5/5
What do you like best about ClickUp?

I love the flexibility it has for structuring work. I mainly use it with the board view to organize projects from start to finish (such as market research, costs, and logistics). Being able to see on a single screen which tasks are pending, under review, or completed, assign priority to each one, and set clear dates saves me a lot of coordination time and prevents oversights. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ClickUp?

At first, it can feel a bit overwhelming because it has so many features and configuration options. It takes some time to get used to the interface and figure out where everything is to leave the workspaces organized as one likes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Streamlined Organization, Powerful Automation"
4.5/5
What do you like best about ClickUp?

ClickUp has become my go-to workspace for planning my school year and managing both academic and personal projects. The feature that has delivered the most value for me is automation. I use it as a study hack by setting up automated reminders to review course material, which helps me stay consistent and avoid missing important revision sessions. I also rely heavily on the List view because it lets me filter tasks by priority, due date, and status, making it much easier to focus on what needs to get done each day.

From a UI/UX perspective, the interface feels clean, modern, and highly customizable. There is definitely a learning curve due to the number of features available, but once I understood the workspace structure, moving between tasks, documents, and different views became straightforward.

Integrations are another major advantage. I can connect ClickUp with Google Calendar to keep deadlines synchronized, and it also works well with automation platforms like Make.com and n8n. That makes it easier to automate repetitive workflows and keep everything organized in one place.

Performance has been reliable in my day-to-day use. Tasks, lists, and dashboards load quickly, and I haven’t run into issues that disrupted my workflow. The free plan also includes a generous set of features, which provides excellent value for students and for anyone who wants a powerful project management platform without having to pay right away.

I haven’t needed to contact customer support, but ClickUp’s templates, documentation, and onboarding resources made getting started much easier. The platform does take some time to learn, yet the available guides helped me build a workspace that fits my needs.

The AI features are a helpful addition for summarizing information, generating content, and assisting with planning. Even though I primarily use ClickUp for task management and organization, it’s convenient to have AI capabilities built into the platform rather than relying on separate tools.

Overall, ClickUp has significantly improved how I organize coursework, manage deadlines, and plan long-term projects. It brings task management, automation, integrations, AI, and customization together in a single platform, making my workflow more efficient and my school year much less stressful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ClickUp?

I feel the AI features are too much, and I sometimes think the developers have forgotten that it’s just an AI app. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Flexible enough to run our whole team's workflow in one place"
5/5
What do you like best about ClickUp?

ClickUp has become the single place our team tracks work instead of juggling separate tools for tasks, docs, and timelines. The customizable views (List, Board, Gantt, Calendar) mean different team members can look at the same work the way that makes sense to them, which cut down on a lot of "where's the status on this" back-and-forth. Custom fields and statuses let us tailor workflows to how our engagements actually run rather than forcing us into someone else's template, and having docs, goals, and time tracking built into the same platform means less context-switching across apps. What do you dislike about ClickUp?

The phone app isn’t the best and needs a lot of improvements. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"ClickUp has really saved me time and improved my productivity!"
5/5
What do you like best about ClickUp?

I really like the way ClickUp helps me organize the information, share valuable content with different teams, and keep us all on the same page to ensure the right management of our projects by having on hand the needed information by organizing it with different view options they offer. Moreover the tool capabilities, also their support team are amazing. I've faced some problems in the past with the platform and the support teams (tech and financial which are the ones I was in touch with) were so professional and problem-solving oriented helping me have any issue or concern solved so fast. They are really nailing it! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ClickUp?

There are still some improvement opportunities which is part of the growth with any digital product, but they are always open to hear from their customers to have any problem or new ideas for features done as soon as possible to keep improving. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"ClickUp Makes It Easier to Manage Tasks and Projects in One Place"
4.5/5
What do you like best about ClickUp?

ClickUp’s biggest strength is that it brings tasks, deadlines, project planning, and collaboration into one place. I like the flexible views and customizable workflows, which make it easy to organize different types of work. The integrations and AI features are also helpful for reducing repetitive work and keeping projects moving. Overall, it has a good balance of flexibility, usability, and value for teams. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ClickUp?

ClickUp can feel a little overwhelming at first because there are so many features, views, and customization options. The interface can take some time to learn, especially for new users. Performance can occasionally feel slower with larger or more complex workspaces, and some advanced features require higher-priced plans. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Very useful with many features"
4.5/5
What do you like best about ClickUp?

I love automated work and ClickUp has developed pretty powerful automation tools. I like how the platform works out schedules, tasks, etc. The interface is also easy to the eye. It kind of surprises me a lot. It feels like I'm discovering a new feature every week. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ClickUp?

I feel like automations are still some sort of work in progress. It has dropped a bit recently but for the most part, I don't yet have 100% confidence in them running correctly, so I have to go and double-check, Just in case. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Comprehensive Tool with Room for Integration Improvement"
4.5/5
What do you like best about ClickUp?

I like how many features ClickUp has. It's deep and provides the ability to customize everything, giving us a comprehensive look at all the work we need to do. It helps us keep all of our projects in one place so we can see everything that we need to execute on. I'm able to communicate all the work that needs to be done, set priorities and goals, and see if we're doing too much at one time. I appreciate being able to specifically look at the work for the day or the week and organize by person. The Gantt chart helps us see where we're overloaded on work and how much we have to do in a specific time frame based on the start and end dates of each task. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ClickUp?

I think a better integration with Teams chat is needed, since we can't get away from it. We need to figure out how to eventually migrate to ClickUp Chat. Right now, I don't think we're ready for that. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"ClickUp’s Workflow Features Keep Everything Organized & Efficeinet"
5/5
What do you like best about ClickUp?

The workflow features in ClickUp that provide visibility—something emails and paper just don’t—are what I’m most excited about. In our organization, things fall through the cracks every day because emails and paperwork don’t always end up in the right place or reach the right people. Even just two months in, ClickUp is already helping us spot gaps and fix them, and it’s also showing us that there are better, more efficient ways to get the same work done. This is helping us save money we were loosing + showing the performance of the team we have in place. The integrations with other platforms we were already using was a great bonus that made implementation quicker and less scary for our teams. The AI features with Brain and Super agents have been huge in helping us build our space out correctly. We opted for the onboarding support plan and it has been a gamechanger in getting our space built out correctly in a quick way to ensure we got the most out of our investment. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ClickUp?

There was a bit of a learning curve and understanding the spaces but thats really my only thought. It's not a dislike, just a learning curve which comes with anything! ClickUp U + our onboarding team helped us get over that curve in no time! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Intuitive, All-in-One ClickUp with Top-Notch Performance, Integrations, and AI Insights"
5/5
What do you like best about ClickUp?

My favorite part of ClickUp is how I can do with just one tool. The UI is intuitive and easy to learn. I really appreciate the live professional development sessions too! I'm so impressed these are included in my company's subscription. I created an AI agent just today to give me an overview of risks in my project and the agent pulled out really helpful risks and feedback for me to consider.

The performance of the system is top notch, so are the Integrations. it integrates easily with Outlook and Zoom for me. I am an Implementation Project Manager, working with teams internally and externally. This is my favorite tool to use in my role to date. I am not a part of the team who learned about pricing but I am confident the ROI is strong. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ClickUp?

The only item to consider here is how robust ClickUp is, it takes some time to learn. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
