I can even use them as a CRM, which allows us to easily see the performance of the sales team and show a project summary to the client. I also liked the look of ClickUp, the various task views (kanban, list, calendar, etc.), and the customization with custom fields. The option to view tasks individually or as a whole greatly facilitates operational management. **What do you dislike about ClickUp?** My biggest complaint is about the price of ClickUp, especially because I need to pay in dollars and, with the exchange rate of the Real, it can become expensive. It would be great to have a payment option directly in Real. It was also confusing to understand the costs for inviting people to the lists, since I work with occasional clients and partners and it doesn't make sense to pay for a new user. It would be useful to have clarity about the number of free guests in each plan. The plans and their add-ons also leave me a bit confused, sometimes I don't use all the functions because I don't know if they are included, it could be simplified. I miss having options for additional fields in the task view. We have strong hardware and modern devices, so it's usually not a problem unless working on older devices or switching to another device. Sometimes pages just don't load, requiring a reload, which takes about ten to twenty seconds even with good internet. It's a bit annoying, and I think it could be improved. Also, the time tracking is easy, but getting a good overview of what I did on a particular day is something I'm missing. I really like the fact that I can pretty much adjust it to any project since it is not a rigid structure; it can be a CRM, a project manager, or a Scrum backlog.
