What do you like best about ClickUp?

- ClickUp has a lot of features: add space for each project, add tasks, and assign tasks.

- Free

- Our team can know which tasks they should prioritize and follow the entire process. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ClickUp?

- Slow response: Our team members add a comment, but the notifications appear in Gmail after 3-5 minutes.

- Learning curve: ClickUp has many features, so I must spend a lot of time understanding how it works.

- AI chatbot not useful: I don't find the information I need with it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is ClickUp solving and how is that benefiting you?

Our project has many tasks. Before using ClickUp, we used Google Sheets, but it had many issues. If I had more than 2 projects, I had to create a file for each team. Moreover, it took me a lot of time to create a Google Sheet template from scratch. When I switched to ClickUp, these issues were resolved. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
